Went to a cooking evening in my uni halls and had some vegan ‘fish’ and chips ~ tofu, wrapped in seaweed and fried in a classic batter 😋
Really fresh and tasty but I would defo marinate my tofu for more flavour (it’s super similar to the Mildred’s recipe I made agesss ago ~ drunken tempura tofu I think ?)

Sooo- maybe you missed my post and went a lil cray cray this weekend and wound up overdoing it. 🙆🏻♀️ As a result, you might be feeling a lil soft after taking a few days off your normal routine. 🤷🏻♀️But, no need to fret- cause I’ve got three tips that’ll have you feeling back and better than ever in no time! 🙇🏻♀️
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1️⃣First things first, get right back on track! Sometimes this can be easier said than done, I knoooow 🙄 Especially since cravings tend to be a lil outta control after indulging, but if you can make it through the first day without ditching your diet, you’ll be just fine! Real damage to your deficit occurs when you continue to overindulge, so drop the excuses on just hop back on the train.
2️⃣Hydrate! Seriously guys, the salty foods and alcoholic beverages you probably indulged in really do dehydrate you. So, aim to have an extra L of water to push those fluids and flush those toxins! Plus, the added water will help you feel satiated when those cravings hit!
3️⃣Be patient. Don’t freak out and throw in the towel if the scale is still up a day or two after getting back to it. Instead, give yourself a FULL week of consistency before squaring up with the scale to see where you’re at!
Thats really all it takes to get back on track- so, don’t let the scale and some water retention fool you into thinking you lost all of your progress within a mere few days, cause well, YOU DIDN’T! Just get back to your normal diet and training and you’ll be fine within a weeks time 🤗

Par exemple j'ai commencé la musculation hier et comment vous dire que c'était bien la galère 😅 Sur le moment je me suis sentie nulle mais ensuite on m'a fait comprendre que je ne partais de rien et que forcément la perfection il ne fallait pas que ce soit mon but ultime 😅 Surtout que j'aime ce sport et donc ce serait bête de plus y trouver du plaisir parce que je me fixe des objectifs qui ne sont pas encore atteignables 😉

Existen muchos momentos a lo largo de la jornada en los que podemos practicar.📿 Se dice que el amanecer y el atardecer son los momentos más satvicos del día, esto indica que son los más adecuados para la concentración y la meditación.💫 Hablando de cada persona en particular, cada caso es diferente. 🤸♀️Existen personas que se llenan de energía practicando por la mañana🌅 y existen otres que se sienten muy duros físicamente o simplemente no son de madrugar😴. También es verdad que al atardecer nuestro cuerpo ya estuvo en actividad todo el día y nos sentimos más preparados para el ejercicio físico. Pero ojo que el estado mental 🧠🤯 también es clave al elegir un horario de práctica.🤓 Por ejemplo a la mañana nos pueden invadir pensamientos a cerca de lo que tenemos que hacer durante el resto del día, como también puede pasar que tengamos la mente menos cargada porque recién despertamos. 😌Por otro lado, a la tarde a veces estamos con cansancio físico pero ya más liberados del estrés de las obligaciones... en fin...🤩 un consejo que puedo darte es que pruebes todas las opciones y luego veas qué es, lo que en líneas generales, te hace mejor. 🌻Además también tener en cuenta las estaciones del año modifican nuestras rutinas y hay que estar abiertx a escucharse y respetarse, siempre tratando de mantener la práctica, pero amoldandola a nosotres y no al revés !

Gray is my favorite color ☁️So when I added frozen blueberries to my morning matcha smoothie I was pleasantly surprised by this beauty and inspired to take a picture🌫 Side note: I know I have been MIA and totally flaky with this account, which I never thought would happen because at one point posting on here was a priority for me. I still feel lost and out of place on Instagram and struggle to find a balance between being active/posting regularly and mindlessly scrolling for too many hours a day. I’m also very much a person who values genuineness and find it difficult to casually post when I’m barely invested in my account. Also, when I set a goal or intention for myself it’s never “be more active on social media” lol it’s more like “be kinder to myself” “drink more water” “save more money” “have more fun” ya know.. When I buy beauty products I'm that person who stands in the aisle for ages on her phone searching the brand names/product names/ingredients in my #thinkdirtyapp before purchasing. It needs a "green score" to get into my cart. I don't worry about the number, so long as the troublesome ingredients are low enough to be in the green. I'm pretty educated about what looks like an evil toxin not created to be on my body or in my body, but I'm pro: tools that simplify life, which I'm grateful to #thinkdirty for! ❤️

I've recently been loving almond oil for my after shower moisturizing regime. I bought this bottle a couple of years ago when I was in an "I'm going to make all my own beauty products" kick, and never ended up using it... That's why it's expiry date is from 2018 🤷...
It applies quickly and leaves a thin layer that isn't slimy or goopy, which, bonus - doesn't appear to stain my clothes with oil!

Ok maybe it isn’t pretty, but it’s colorful. I’m introducing food groups back in and so far, dairy and high fiber gluten are settling ok. Bad sugars was a no go. My body wasn’t having any of that nonsense.
Here’s some ground turkey with lemon, olive oil, and Greek seasoning in a whole wheat (1/2) pita with tzatsiki sauce, spinach, and cucumbers. Thanks @analusette for the “don’t waste those greens” idea! Killer lunch, packed with protein, good fats, and those super green colors.

875g Butternut Kürbis - 332 kcal
400ml Kokosmilch leicht - 256 kcal
530g Kichererbsen - 635 kcal
500g Spinat - 174 kcal
bei mir 60g Currypaste - 131 kcal (es geht auch Pulver, passt mit der Currypaste auf, je nachdem welche ihr verwendet wird es scharf 🌶)
1. Butternut schälen, in Würfel schneiden.
2. Currypaste in einem großen Topf etwas anrösten.
3. Mit Kokosmilch und Wasser aufgießen und den Kürbis sowie die Kichererbsen dazu geben und fertig garen.
4. Am Ende der Kochzeit den Spinat dazu geben und ggf. noch mit etwas zusätzlichem Wasser aufgießen.
5. Schmecken lassen (ich hatte 120g gekochten Reis dazu) 😋

How Do You Deal with Hate?
The night before competing at @RedBullBCOne National Finals. Kind of queasy from the flight but the 3 weeks I had geared my training for this event left me feeling my most ready (at the time). From the LA Cypher weeks before, i caught a lot of negativity and shit talking over the internet from one of my rounds. Specifically the finals when the stakes were highest. -I threw out one of my foundational tricks that had similarity to the older brother, Hong 10. Members of the community quickly hopped on that for laughs & attack. I remember seeing a Facebook B-Boy page based in Mexico make memes of me displaying I was a biter / copycat. It spread quickly. I saw posts noting that I had no respect, dignity, and even people I respected lost belief in me. Making it to the finals in that competition guaranteed a slot to compete in the National Finals. •
With a large distaste & creeping embarrassment for what happened, there were 2 things I could do:
1) Let the hate consume me and lose early in the next competition with sadness (lol)
2) Strategize and train to highest level I EVER have to make it to the finals -The received hate will be the fuel for this pursuit AND it will display how contradicting areas of this scene can be. *One week they’ll talk mad trash about you and on another, cheer you on. •
Fast forward; 3 weeks until competition day, I studied my footage, studied the lineup, trained 2-3 times a day focusing on cardio, strength & conditioning, breaking technique, plenty of rounds alone (multiple times), and mentally simulating the entire competition. It was hard, lonely when it came to battling the creeping doubt from hate online, but worth it. •
Looking at the competition, I knew every single breaker in the lineup had the skillset to win. My bracket had me exchanging with amazing breakers like SupaJosh, Keebz (I’m a fan lol), and Luka. It was clearly no longer about the moves, it was about who knew themselves best.
Battle to battle, I made it top 2. Losing to Icey Ives. •
Every heartache, session, and sweaty outfit was worth it.
But WHY does this matter?
- It’s an everyday thing for me.

Salted caramel blueberry smoothie bowl - yes please!
This salted caramel peanut butter from @eatfatso has become my obsession over the past few months - the flavour is out of this world.
While I do eat it just by the spoonful (I know I'm not the only one) it also adds SUCH a good flavour to my bowls. If you like salted caramel ice cream, you're sure to love this.
In the bowl I have:

Ezeket kellene folyamatosan, következetesen megvalósítani, (vagy legalábbis törekedni arra, hogy helyükre kerüljenek ezek a dolgok) MINDEN ÁLDOTT NAP, és menni előre szépen pici apró lépésekkel.
És mi lesz a jutalom a végén? Hogy mindennek a fenntartása már sokkal egyszerűbb, észre sem fogod venni, mert addigra már RUTIN lesz!😊👌

AIP CREAMY CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE! This is another great meal prep recipe that’s a crowd pleaser. You could even make it vegetarian by subbing veggie broth for bone broth and cooking the chicken separately. Likewise, you could try making one batch with rice and another batch with cauliflower if you need meals to appeal to your non-paleo family members.
🌿 1 tbsp olive oil
🌿 3 cups of cauliflower rice
🌿 1 cup of diced celery
🌿 2 tbsp minced garlic
🌿 1/3 cup of chopped onion
🌿 1.5 cups of chicken bone broth
🌿 3/4 cups of full fat coconut milk
🌿 1.5 cups of broccoli florets, chopped into small, bite size pieces
🌿 3 boneless chicken thighs, chopped into 1 inch pieces
🌿 1 tsp paleo powder AIP all purpose seasoning
🌿 1/8 tsp of sea salt
👉Preheat oven to 350 degrees
👉Grease pan with 1 tbsp of olive oil
👉Add cauliflower rice, celery, garlic, onion and broccoli florets to the casserole dish
👉Add bone broth, coconut milk, and all purpose seasoning, and stir until all ingredients are mixed together
👉Place raw chicken in dish and stir again
👉Cover dish with tinfoil and place in the oven for 50 minutes.

There’s no shame in wanting to lose weight.
You’ve been living a life focused on weight loss for the last 10-30 years...
It’s not going to go away over night - and the desire might never fully go away but here’s the thing.
Some people might say that weight loss goals are fine as long as you do it in a “healthy” way.
We don’t believe this is an option if you want to stay out of the diet cycle.
If weight loss is your motivation it will affect your daily choices.
You’ll start questioning your hunger signals, skip that amazing dessert you really want, leading you to feel deprived. Enter binge eating and BOOM you’re back in the cycle.
So what do you do instead?
It’s ok to focus on wellness (which may lead to weight loss and it may not).
It’s ok to desire weight loss but make sure that everything you’re doing is still something you’d want to do, that it’s still a lifestyle you’d like to live even if it doesn’t bring weight loss.
Would you want to skip that dessert even if it doesn’t result in weight loss? Maybe, maybe not, only you can answer that.
But having a specific weight loss goal is a recipe for a slippery slope back into the diet cycle.
Instead find wellness that feels good.
Enjoy nutritious food.
Honor your hunger signals.
Enjoy your life.
This may result in weight loss, it may not.
But focusing on weight loss doesn’t make it happen, it just brings worry and often obsession.
So instead of beginning on the path of having a “healthy” weight loss goal (long term intentional weight loss has been proven to be nearly impossible), implement wellness into your life that you enjoy and you’d still do even if it doesn’t bring weight loss.
