My mom is my biggest cheerleader. Without her, I would not be motivated to keep going every day. I did NOT want to work out today. Work has picked up a ton and I’m exhausted! Mom pushes me to just do it. So I did, and now I feel amazing and so proud! Mom even joined in and did half of day 8 with me! ☺️ I love you Mom! I listened to a Joyce Meyer podcast this morning while working out and this hit me.
Lately I've been stuck in my head, feeling like everything is total chaos. In reality, our life isn't nearly as chaotic right now as it usually is because all of the kids' activities are canceled.
But, without a regular routine, my world has been turned upside down and all around, making it *feel* like chaos. I have thrown myself a a few mini pity parties, but I know that I can have power over feeling like that only through Christ. So, I'm choosing POWERFUL over pitiful.
Woke up before the sun and trekked across the complex to work out this morning. Don’t get me wrong, having the ability to do all of my workouts in my own apartment has been the best, but I’ve been in desperate need of a change up. Even if it’s just a change in the scenery.
I will say that I’ve been spoiled with my A/C. Not having that in this gym has made everything so much sweatier (not that I’m complaining)
First off... WEAR THE SHORTS!!
ALSO... LAST TWO weeks of 80 DAY OBSESSION!!!
To think when I first did this program a few years ago, I quit halfway through!! I have NEVER let myself quit a program since then and have been wanting to come back to this one for so long! I finally took the plunge a couple months ago and so happy I did because seeing how STRONG I have gotten since three years ago is the best #nonscalevictory I could ask for! I am ONLY modifying some push-ups, using NO balance assist, ANDDD I am lifting the heaviest in arms/ legs than ever before. I workout every morning because I love to challenge myself and see what my body is capable of... and WOW am I PROUD!
I will definitely be coming back to some of my FAVORITE workouts from this program like Phase 1 Legs and Phase 2 AAA, Total Body and BOOTY! BUTTT I will most definitely NOT miss CARDIO FLOW, EVER, EVER! Lol
After I wrap up these 80 days, I’ll be moving onto the NEWEST program that just launched!! #mbf (muscle burns fat) and #mbfa (muscle burns fat advanced). I’ll be doing these across the next 6 weeks! I haven’t done a program yet with this super trainer so I’m EXCITED! AND THE SAMPLE WORKOUT WAS EPIC!

I remember this day vividly. I sat up on that rock with so much gratitude for life, and so much excitement for what still lies ahead.
I thought of the Vince Lombardi quote, “A man on top of the mountain didn’t just fall there.”
With any goal in life, whether hiking a mountain or taking your health to the next level, it takes knowing where you want to go and taking consistent steps to get to your destination. There will be challenging terrain but if you keep putting one foot in front of the other, success is inevitable.
Take it one step at a time, one moment at a time. It doesn’t matter when you get there. It MATTERS that you keep going. The pinnacle awaits.

💥invest in friends that remind you of your worthiness and enough-ness, esp when you can’t do it for yourself
💥before trying to change your wonderful, lovely body, try listing all of the awesome things it does for you !!!

Dziś tydzień zaczynamy obiecanym postem o planach wakacyjnych. Ja właśnie rozpoczęłam 5-dniowy pobyt nad morzem, na koniec wakacji pewnie na trochę pojadę do babci a reszta czasu w domu. W sumie bardzo się cieszę z tego rozwiązania, bo teraz wypocznę, a potem będę miała czas na realizowanie swoich różnych pomysłów 🤫🤩
