🏔 C L I M B⛰
After heavy legs day was not such as great idea to climb a steep hill. Body was shaking, legs were weak and I was so tired. However, my mind stayed strong and I was pushing up with a reward feeling.
My breath was taken away by view. Autumn can be spectacular and it is worth it not to be lazy. 🍂 ———————————————- #autumn#hike#enjoyeverymoment#behappy#smile#like#cuteboys#czech#view

2019 has been an amazing year in terms of learning and growing internally. I learned many lessons this year some easily and some through the hard way. Today I want to talk about respect.
•Respecting each and every person. (Despite of their race, sex, cast, religion, colour, age, finances or current situation in their respective lives.) •Respect towards our dreams & goals. (This is by far the most important lesson)
•Respect to our competitors/Opposition.
Everybody should respect others and deserve the same from others. We may show ourselves out loud in front of the society but we all know and are fighting our demons. We all have flaws and we all make mistakes. Criticizing others only makes us vulnerable and it shows how insecure we are from Inside. When we criticize others we develop a layer of hate towards that person. Hatred is poisonous. Isn't it? Please respect others and before judging someone try to understand their reason. ~
Respecting our goals and dreams are very important. Many of us have audacious goals, it's definitely great to set the bar high but at the same times it's equally important to respect that goal. It helps us getting patience. When you know what your goals are and where you are, you can have a plan to go there, step by step, working on your abilities, learning new skills and polishing your old ones. Respect gives a sense of relief. It gives us confidence and we can back ourselves when we fall apart.
Respecting our competitors is imperative. Whosoever is standing opposite to us has done his fair share of hardwork and deserve his place. When we respect them we can read them and then work accordingly to our plan and beat them. You cannot go wildly hunting them down. Isn't it?
Finally it's very very important to respect ourself. We all are trying hard to be the best in .
After 7 years I am back in the states and I'll be seeing more in the next few months,
Would like to thank Javier & Lisbeth for having me
And for staying up early hours in the morning by the phone to keep track of my travels during the bad winds and missed flights and delays these past few days.
And what a night it was full house with an amazing audience 😁😁😁🧛♂️🧛♀️ @thevampirecircus
Growing a beard is a personal experience and an opportunity to express your own style. There is never a good reason to try and copy anyone else. It’s ok to be inspired by another person’s look, but at the end of the day, you should grow a beard that suits your face, your personality, and your own style. In a world full of copycats, it is always important to stay unique and work with what you got. Be the best version of yourself, grow your beard your own way.
