Attained at Sunset Beer Company from Los Angeles, California for $15.45, Radical Forces is an oak-aged ale fermented on whole cluster Pinot Noir grapes crafted by Little Beast Brewing.
The fragrance of grapes, plums, cherries, and Brettanomyces funk are noted upon the nose. The appearance is a reddish purple that pours a finger of white head which dissipates quickly. When held up to light, amber glows at the top and ruby amber on the bottom half of the glass. The alcohol content is 10.7%. Pinot Noir grapes flavors the complexion and lingers into the dry finish. Plums fills the body and compliments the grapes. Brettanomyces, Saccharomyces, and Lactobacillus yeasts fairly sours the take. Brett billows an illustrious funk. Pilsner malt brightens the lactic touch.
Cherries slightly sweetens the body and assists the lactic tart experienced. Vanilla smoothens the plum and grape frame. Green peppercorns accents the plum and yeasty composition. Cinnamon softly flavors and glistens the doughy yeast. Oak is distinguished with the lactic, grape, and peppercorn finish.
Radical Forces is an extraordinary sour ale. The Pinot Noir grapes, plums, Brettanomyces yeast, vanilla, cherries, and green peppercorn combine into a one of a kind beer. Plums are pronounced to the grape body followed by a yeasty, vanilla tone. Saccharomyces and cherries sparkle with the Pinot Noir grapes and Brett mixture. The cherries and Pilsner malt glimmers as the water quality eases the drink. I cherished every single take as the beer is mesmerizing; it is magnificently complex and enticing at room temperature. This is a bucket list craft beer.
St. Feuillien’s Saison is what the Belgians call a beer of the terroir, a traditional farmhouse ale with all the rich savor of the fertile land of southern Belgium. The region of Hainault where Brasserie St. Feuillien is located has always been the traditional home for saisons and this is St. Feuillien’s first beer in the style.
Saison, a warm golden blonde beer, is a top-fermented classique. Thanks to secondary fermentation in the bottle, Saison has an unmistakable flavour full of rich nuances and a slight delicious tang.
Que cerveja incrível meu Deus! .

Bootleg Brewery THE MIGHTY MOSAIC IPA
So much to look at and read on this can that I didn’t bother.
You can tell without looking at it that it’s a double IPA. Very good first impression.
Is anyone else a sucker for a fully black beer can like me?
Cheers @bootlegbreweryltd 🍻
Hoppy Sunday damn funday!
“Come on Pelican” West Coast IPA from my hometown of San Diego @ketchbrewing clocking in at 6.5%ABV double dry hopped with Eureka, Ekuanot and Calypso hops!
Hopbangin’ with tropical and piney notes to the brim!
Cheers friends and beerlovers!

What do you get when you mix blackberry and blueberry in one can? Well.. I gosh darn berry bomb that you wanna crack open a like freaking piñata!! Love it and super glad I had a spare piñata laying around 😝
Since I was a little disappointed with my recent run in with Adam from the Wood I decided to pop open this 2019 Cherry Adam from the Wood from @hairofthedogbrewing. Once the cap popped with a soft hiss I knew I was in for a treat. It pours a dark cola with a thin tan head. The nose is filled with cherry cola, burnt sugar, bourbon, and oak. The taste amps it up a bit with harmonious notes of chocolate covered cherries, bourbon, oak, some nice roasted malt character, and a smooth leathery finish. A drying, chewy body with medium-low carbonation provides an amazing drinking experience. It’s amazing what just a little bit of carbonation does to these beers. A truly world class beverage.

Thks Dublin for saving my life 🚗 “OOK RIGHT” 🇮🇪 #vans#pagami
Any IPA fans in the house? 🍻Delicious IPA by @stonebrewing is the Professor’s go-to after a long day of slaving over a hot Bunsen burner. Not only is this beer intensely citrusy with a lemon-candy like flavor, it also pairs perfectly with El Tri tacos from @diadelospuercos! Give your local Postmates guy a break and come down to see for yourself. 😉
Took a quick trip up to Seattle to hang with some of my favorite PNW folks! We drank through much of the Voodoo Brewery Black Magick set, just missing those elusive 2013’s 😉. Outside of black waxed rye whiskey, all of them were very impressive. Wish more breweries were putting out solid non adjunct no BS barrel aged stouts. Till next time Seattle ✌🏻 thanks for the memories. Thanks for the hospitality @seattlebeerenthusiast, y’all are great hosts ❤️
I thought the cosmic microwave reference was just a cool beer name . Envisioned an all knowing microwave that kept your food at an ideal temperature.
But fortunately, I googled. The cosmic microwave background is a cloud of low-energy radiation that permeates the observable Universe.
The faint glow of the cosmic microwave background is believed to be the flash of light that spilled from the early Universe. Slightly less exciting than a microwave that knows how to get your food the best possible temperature.
The beer itself was a mid bitter, citrus hazy with tropical undertones. It has a mid viscosity body and is easy drinking.
Some earthy and floral hop tastes.
Mandarin nose followed by the more bitter citrus on the tongue.
A great NEIPA, for all the juice lovers out there. Well balanced with some complexity. After that it’s up to you how bitter or sweet you like your NEIPA.
Here's some pictures about last night at Pub Brewskey event 🎉 which one you think was our favorite? 🤔🍺
📣 As they announced their new brews made in-house, we got together as #beerbrodders and attended the call. We won't bother you talking about their beers because they are all amazing. You just have to go there and try them, you won't be disappointed.
And just to give you an idea of how honest and demanding they are, they did not release they brews that were not good enough yet #respect@pubbrewskey 🤘🏼🍺.
This is what we had:

Shape-shifted myself into the confines of a custom-constructed @fatheadsbeer bench with a pour of Hop JuJu (9.0% ABV) and a #brewery -floor view and I honestly can't think of a better way to spontaneously spend a Saturday ...🤷🏽♀️ Additionally out-of-frame: Strange Magic (6.5% ABV) #IPA ...🔮 and a commendable beer cocktail program. #appropriatefootwear

When your @beerthirtyapparel arrives just in time for @snallygasterdc 💃🏽🎉🍻 I mean what better time ⏱to rock a super comfy *brewery neutral* beer shirt than at a monster beer fest? Bright and sunny? Got it covered. Knowing what time it is after my phone dies from @untappd check-ins? Done and done. So excited for today! Who is going?

Ay, #swaysaturday isn't a thing but it should be ...🌾 It's always a pleasure when something from Broussard, Louisiana's [and GABF gold-winners in Emerging IPA] @parishbrewingco slides across my desk, and this bloom-bedecked bottle of DDH Bloom (6.7% ABV) #IPA was no exception. Hopped with aromatic Citra and Nugget, this deeply hazy, ever-so-effervescent IPA ...🤤 silkily blossoms with heaps of soft peach, citrus, and subtle florals; with an admirably low bitterness and concluding creaminess to boot [swoon] ...☁️ Sipping this, I couldn't help but recognize how little familiarity --- outside of Parish and @courtyardbrew, namely--- I have with Louisiana breweries, and have spent some time since perusing through the state's list of breweries. Southern-based friends and #craftbeer lovers: what are YOUR favorite Louisiana breweries? Recommendations, suggestions? Grateful to my friend @jkowch27 for the share; pour shot and additional information as always, on @untappd. #beerforbreakfast#breakfastbeer#breakfastofchampions

The wife and I made it out to @horticulturencl on Friday night. New bar in Toon and we’re there! Well a bar, restaurant and loft space for private parties. Now normally I wouldn’t post about a bar (being more of a pub guy myself and well the lighting) but look at this SOB that was in the fridge! Got some of those @wylam_brewery FLAMES there AND they even have a damn Jakehead cocktail that looked equally as BANGIN’. Y’all know I love me some cocktails and they have a HUGE coffee cocktails list too. The place in general seemed really cool. Hard to gauge what the actual vibe of the place will be once the crowds calm down but our first experience was a “we’ll be back” tick. Not sure we’ll be buying any plants though... Cheers y’all! -
