Some people always called me "fatty!" Or said "you have pretty face if you loose 15kgs you can be one of prettiest girl in Jakarta or be model" or "your body is big ya"
If it come from people who know me so well and know my body changes, and i know they concerned more about health and not just body shamming, i accepted it with open heart, sincerely care. Yes my goal is loosing more than 15 kgs by the way for health. For me. Not to be a model or be prettiest girl. I do it in shake loving myself better. I had health problem this year and slowly showing good progress also slowly loosing my weights.
Don't judge woman just by weights. You never know what they have been through or they struggle. Some of us loosing our self in stress, broken heart or depressed or many reasons for that happened. One thing: we want to getting back to goof shape, the different: some of us do it seriously with diet or combination diet and exercise while other just getting deeper into their problems.
All woman have feeling, we are human with ability to feel sad or angry or be happy whenever people say things about us. Please be more consider and choose wisely your words before you body shamming people who you dont know very well! I wasn't born as big baby. I ever have slim body and what im working out at the moment is trying back to good health and good shape. For your information people: slim girl also possible to have health problem ya.
Just please be consider to what you say to other people. Because your words can be blade for other and ruined their heart and soul. Before you judge another person, here’s a simple reminder that you are NOT perfect, and if you ever have the audacity to even form a negative opinion of another or wish them to fail, it is because you have a flaw of your own you see in that person. I have bags on bags under my eyes. I wake up early and when I get home at night I am ready for bed. I have two beautiful on-the-go kids, a husband that works hard and sometimes works hours past when he is supposed to be home, a full time job, and a house to keep. I might be tired but I am incredibly grateful. I am grateful I have a reason to be tired, a family to keep me going and a house to come home to. When I find myself complaining I remind myself how lucky I am. ⠀
This holiday season instead of complaining think about all that makes your world great. Think and pray for the ones that have the right to complain, no family to talk to and no home to go to.

With all the voting happening tomorrow (and please do vote) there has understandably been a lot of talk surrounding the NHS. I am extremely grateful for the NHS and so proud to work for them. To everyone in the NHS, thank you. It literally saved my life and continues to save other people's every single day under extreme pressures which, as a nurse, I have faced myself. It has nothing to do with immigration as to why it is in the state it is and to hear that being said over and over pisses me off so much. I work with an amazing team of people and am also looked after by one - many of whom are from all over the world. These people are what makes the NHS and keeps it working. Brainwashed and uneducated people annoy me. Budget cuts, lack of funding, lack of beds, lack of staffing are what the problem is, not immigration. Vote for whoever you want, be greatful we are in a country that allows us to, but please don't make endless comments belittling other people for a problem much bigger than what you read on a 5 sentence news report written by someone who's not got a clue. Je le dis souvent, prendre soin de soi c’est primordial et parfois c’est le fun de sortir de la maison et de faire quelque chose à l’extérieur (en nature ou tout simplement en dehors de chez nous) Voulez-vous connaître 3 endroits/activités où vous pouvez vous ressourcer près de la région d’Ottawa? 🙏⁣

Mon préféré même si ça fait un bout de temps que je n’y suis pas allée c’est le Spa Nordik à Chelsea. Aller se faire masser pour ensuite se prélasser dans les bains chauds… quoi de mieux? @nordikspanature_chelsea C’est le plus grand spa en Amérique du Nord et on y retrouve plus de 20 attractions que ce soient bains chauds, sauna ou autre. Je trouve que l’hiver c’est encore plus le fun mais au printemps quand il fait assez chaud pour se prélasser sur le bord d’une piscine c’est parfait aussi. 💆⁣

Ensuite le Parc de la Gatineau. Le parc offre vraiment une grande variété de piste à pratiquer autant l’été en randonnée que l’hiver en raquette. Il y en a pour tous les niveaux. Pas besoin d’être un expert pour y trouver du plaisir. La tranquillité des pistes et les randonneurs souriants nous permet de passer un beau moment en nature tous en se sentant en sécurité. 🌲🌳⁣

Finalement le paddle bording, depuis que j’ai découvert cette activité j’ai encore plus hâte à l’été pour pouvoir en refaire. Évidemment ça ne se pratique pas l’hiver mais c’est tellement apaisant de ramer et de se laisser flotter sur un lac calme en se faisant bronzer au soleil! Et étonnamment c’est assez stable comme planche donc si je suis capable de tenir dessus sans tomber tout le monde le peut… et le pire c’est que j’ai peur de l’eau… ou plutôt de ce que je ne vois pas dans l’eau. C’est une activité que tu peux faire sur n’importe quel cours d’eau de la région. 🏞️⁣

In 2015, I read OOLA; FIND BALANCE N AN UNBALANCED WORLD & met the oola guys, listened to them speak and the rest is history...I stopped waiting for change, rather- I became the change- some good- some bad- but there’s a reason for it all.
From 2015-2016 I was reintroduced to MYSELF. AND BOY DID I MISS HER! 💜
During that first real year of self-growth, I found the old me, whom I hadn’t seen since my early 20’s. I forgot how cool the old me was! ✌🏼💜 I realized for most of my relationship with my EX, I was relying on my EX to change. He wasn’t going to change. Why should/would/could I have expected him to? If fatherhood wasn’t changing him- nothing would. The only thing that was going to stop me from waiting for change, was to get off my booty and make the changes myself. AND THAT’S WHAT I DID. Unfortunately, my personal growth got in between my EX and I- it effected our relationship, and not in a good way. I found a new faith community that I felt was more in line with my personal beliefs. (Hello, my name is Kaley and I’m a recovering Catholic). I felt closer to God than ever. I let Jesus take the wheel. I believed in God’s plan so much that I found a forever peace with divorce. It was a scary choice that I NEVER saw as part of my plan. Still- I’m GRATEFUL 💜 I will be forever grateful for OOLA. IT CHANGED MY LIFE... The OOLA Guys- their philosophy and now LIFE COACH PROGRAM 💜🙌🏻- have helped me truly understand that sometimes, not only is divorce ok, but necessary for your own growth and mental well-being - as a parent- it’s our job to provide a healthy life for our kids...sometimes that health starts within YOU. Sometimes the only way to be happy and healthy is by making scary changes. Sometimes it hurts but I can’t imagine my life any different. I’m glad I stopped waiting- for 10 years- I was waiting at a train station, for a train that was never scheduled. Don’t be me.
