#selfknowledge#selfknow #beinghappy
Imagine that you could control 40% of the weather ⛈ or the traffic on our way to work 🚙🚗🚚, crazy, right?
Wouldn't it make you happier? ...
We all want happiness, but we think it's sometimes out of reach, it's impossible because well, LIFE is hard 🤦♀️🧗♀️
Or that happiness is SOMEWHERE we need to get to 🚶♀️ or maybe we will be happy WHEN we lose weight/get the job/ find the perfect guy/make more money...?⏳
Now, what if I told you you could control your happiness? At least 40% of it? 😱😱😱
Studies shown in the book " The How of Happiness" say that: ❗50% of happiness is determined by your genes ❗10% of happiness is determined by the circumstances in which you live ❗40% of happiness is determined by your actions
That's crazy! 😱 Changing what we do and how we think will affect 40% of our well being 🤯
Could this be this easy?? Well, it's definitely easier said than done but why not give it a try? You can still join our FREE happy days challenge and learn how to cultivate more happiness in your life!

Happiness is a never-ending pursuit for many of us but not many of us can articulate the thinking behind it as clearly as @xandriaooi. My brother @hgsheng and I have been following Xandria's videos since three years ago and I often delight in the original insights shared in her videos, and of course, her signature hands gestures that amplify her messages. We had the privilege of meeting her in person at @wakeysg on 14th December 2019 and heard her address the questions that followers sent her on Instagram (she noted down every single one of them). And she listened with a lot of empathy and understanding and responded with a lot of easy-to-understand thought processes, many of which can be found on her book: "Life is either a celebration or a lesson". "Your ability to love is as good as your abilities". "What is ego? Ego is basically needs and fear". It was a freshening experience that reminded me to self-examine my thoughts and feelings, and that while it's not possible to avoid negative people, we can choose not to be negatively affected. When we have control over our emotions, then can we #BeHappyAlways .
Fan-boy moment of showing Xandria the notes I took of her sharing and of course, scoring a signature "Be Happy Always" action with her!
Sei magnetisch.
When you love yourself, you glow from the inside. You attract people who love, respect and appreciate your energy.
3 KEYS TO HAPPNIESS - #1 LOVE
"People die from a broken heart"- it's actually true. When you're lonely your arteries garden and your blood pressure increases. This can quickly transform into heart disease. Another side effect can be short term and long term memory loss. As the holidays move along make sure to reach out to your loved ones and appreciate them.
“You G L O W differently when you’re truly happy.”
I have waited and WAITED to use this quote. I always said to myself that I would earn the right to use this quote only when I was 100% satisfied with how things were going in my life.
Well, I can safely say without a doubt that I am NOT 100% satisfied at this current moment. 😆🤷🏻♀️
BUT. When I looked at this picture after I snapped it (post workout, of course 🤪), I thought to myself, wow, you actually DO look happy! .
So, part of this journey of self discovery is learning to be happy in the present, even if things aren’t *exactly* the way you want them to be, right this minute.
I have so many things to work on - mentally, physically, spiritually - you name it. .
But, am I happy right now, right this minute? Yes, I absolutely am!! And I feel like you can still ✨G L O W✨ even in the midst of transformation.
Endnu. #ptsd#ptsdrecovery#enafos#enafosambassadør#brydtabuet#mælkebøttebarn#beinghappy#relaxed

Being happy - nothing to stress about today 😍🤗 Happy Sunday everyone 🥰
The most beautiful time of the year is winters. It makes you happy and sad. Happy because it has a mysterious charm in it with cozy winter nights and sad because it makes you so nostalgic. In this season trees look so lovely. They are bare without leaves but they look so attractive.
🙏 When we give without the expectation of receiving it benefits all concerned. Our generosity can become contagious. So, let the giving of Christmas extend into the New Year and throughout 2020.

Just casually posing with my gonk, I blummin love him 🤣😂 Anyways, there is a purpose to this post & I hope a helpful one. When winter comes I always find myself not being my usual chirpy positive self, but this year it felt harder than it ever had before. With some days feeling really foggy. We all have down days don’t we, but when do we decide that something needs to be done about it? I often get asked how I am so positive & happy all the time, the truth is I’m not but I choose to share in the most positive way I can most of the time. With every downfall we have, there is a positive way you can approach it & deal with it, although hard I know. But whenever I have shared something personal, you guys are always so so supportive and that really shows me that positivity always outshines the negativity. Thank you 💕 I looked into SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) and so many symptoms related to how I was feeling- just to let you know I haven’t been diagnosed but I used the guidance from my research on it to help me overcome the symptoms I was feeling. I’ve been taking a vitamin D spray supplement as recommended by someone who said it helped them & I also purchased one of those sunrise alarms which gently wakes you up and provides you with some light therapy. It really helps to wake you up in the morning, I used to struggle getting up in the dark. I got mine off Amazon for around £20. Getting as much natural sunlight as possible is also a huge help, a wintery walk instantly helps your mood. I also try and think about me more, I’m super busy as it is, but I’ve learnt it’s okay to say no to some things, which has meant I’m not so overloaded. These things have really really helped me be more me 😆💕 If you have any suggestions to share please comment below so we can help others. But PLEASE, if you feel like this TALK to someone, I’m often one to keep things in and I’ve learnt it’s not good for me (I actually found it hard to press post on this 🙈) DON’T feel like your a burden to anyone and if you feel you can’t speak to anyone you know, or if you do and you find it doesn’t help, please reach out to a professional 😘
