But being able to except your flaws and love yourself is hard. It takes time. But with the right mind set you can achieve anything. So don't give up because you will get there, I promise.
People are so quick to knock you down and say whatever bullshit to make you feel worthless. But what you have to remember is that they are saying those things to make themselves feel better. And I know words hurt but you have to get back up and rise above people who are negative. Don't let them bring you down because people like that aren't worth your time or thought.

Okay so people can be said as introvert as they don't want to interact with people...they avoid discussion because they stoped trusting on others,they don't have any faith,and according to me they are wrong.When we are alone and always occupy ourselves with some or the other work then its well and fine but when you are free and try to be alone it gets difficult for u because there will be no one whom you can share your happiness,your loneliness,your sadness,these things will start hurting you from inside,so because of some fake people in our society and because those who made ur past bitter one y to ruin ur present and future and y to blame the whole world as a fake one.If u cannot handle loneliness then it can make u mentally and even physically ill.Even it's written in AYURVEDA,that when we keep any bitter memory or something ehich is very painful inside us then it leads to creation of negative enegry and may damage your internal organs,so this is the reason y being introvert is not good for a person,so try to move on and interact with people.There are even some people who talks with non living things and with animals and make themselves feel comfortable,but again everyone cannot have that ability.See because of one bad fish in the sea i.e shark we cannot say the whole beautiful sea as bad,similarly because of few people few in your life u should not blame everyone as unfaithful one.So lastly try to express ur views and avoid loneliness.
