F O O D brings people together. We all learn that early on I think. The girls and I quickly realized that sharing meals with people was one of the best ways to be intentionally growing friendships during our trip...
But it doesn’t stop there. Whether it’s in Mumbai or London or wherever else we go, we’ll make sure we keep on sharing food and sharing life with those we meet 🥘 #foreverfoodie
1. Buying tickets online means you can enter the Sagrada Familia through the reserved entrance of the Nativity façade on C/Marina.
2. Sagrada Familia is filled with awe-inspiring architecture influenced by nature, tiny significant details, and secret meanings. Using the audio and experiencing La Sagrada as you learn about the stories, symbols and secret really make it worth it.
3. Visit 2-3 hours before sunset, when the sun is shining directly through the stained glass on the West side of the church. This is one of the times when the light looks the most beautiful. Arrive early in the morning to catch the light as it spills through the blue-green glass.

Palm trees, ocean breeze and the fading light of the day
#roporai #deariquemesparaomundo #blacktravel#mochileiro#idzeirosabordo#pernambuco#olinda#tattoo#centrohistoricoolinda

✨Bubble seats in the Burj Khalifa✨
It was so nice being able to meet up with @papilio_noire in Dubai. I hadn’t seen her since we met in Belize. ❤️ Pro tip for my ladies: We all want cute pics, but be warned - do not wear heels to the Burj without some flats! You will walk. I held on as long as I could before I kicked the stilettos off; my feet were hollering 😩. I wanted to call for help but it wasn’t an actual emergency. Y’all, I was humbled. We walked around barefoot. However, being barefoot in the tallest buildings in the world and joking around with my friend taking random pics was priceless 😁
When's the last time you rode a bike? On the island of La Digue biking is the only way to get around. Rent a bike and explore this island. You won't regret it. It may take you a minute to remember how, but we're sure you'll get the hang of it. #YachtWeekEA#YachtWeekEastAfrica 📸 : @nursepreneurintraining
Falling in love with Johannesburg one rooftop at a time| #lovemycity
📍: Hallmark House, Maboneng
On Fridays and Saturdays they’re open for sundowners and on Sundays there’s an all day brunch from 11am - 3pm along with bottomless cocktails in that time. Make sure you go early so you can enjoy it all.
Why you should go:
✔️The food is top-class! Award-winning head chef at @marabiclub and their team prepare this amazing brunch. Plus there is dessert! Staff at the hotel are friendly, attentive and professional.
✔️Most amazing views of Johannesburg’s skyline. I think you get an almost 360 degree view thanks to the hotel design.
✔️Good music and good vibes. Perfect place to hang out in the heat of December.
✔️There’s a little pool where guests can take a dip or just cool off while sipping delicious cocktails.
✔️Most incredible sunset views.
✔️R450 gets you brunch, cocktails, views, a dj and a vibe!

There’s Never Been a Better Time to Visit Accra
An offer of coffee or warm water is usually as far as most artists go when hosting curious visitors to their creative lair. But when I enter the home studio of Zohra Opoku, a photographer who lives and works in a secluded, woodsy neighborhood in the northern part of Accra, she’s made a fresh salad and a potato casserole in expectation of my visit.
Earlier in the day, I sauntered into the studio of painter Godfried Donor—who’s exhibited in Amsterdam’s Stedelijk Museum, the Smithsonian National Museum of African Art, and the Studio Museum in Harlem—and was handed a cup of freshly brewed tea. We talked for an hour.
But that’s Accra for you. It sounds clichéd, but for West Africans, particularly Ghanaians, friendliness is the default.

Being higher lets, you observe and appreciate the complex ecosystems that emerge through the trees and in the valleys. The bridges are safely and smartly constructed so tourists can marvel at nature's beauty.

Highlights from yesterday’s Daycation. We found out about it last year, long after the last session was done and we’ve been waiting a whole year to go!
Loved it; it was equal parts chill & groove 👌🏾. Next sessions are on the 22nd & 29th of December if poolside chilling & dancing sounds like how you’d want to spend a Sunday afternoon in sunny December 😎
Check the link for details on DJ lineup & tickets.
I’LL NEVER TRADE YOU FOR ANYBODY ELSE!!
