Continued from previous post....
While i admit the biggest advantage in managing the boredom for me has been a part of living in a small family, but there are other factors as well which contributed too. While living expat life the circumstances may be same for everyone, but not everyone knows how to cope up with them. Following points can be considered as sources of coping mechanism. Try these out!
Building self confidence is the key. From the early age i was equipped to understand and manage tasks such as paying utility bills by standing in queues outside banks, bringing any grocery item from the store when in need, traveling in buses when car is not around, etc. When you have self confidence, you trust yourself more than anyone else and take full responsibility of ur actions as well. Thats why life after moving here turned out to be very easy for me coz i was mentally prepared and knew what and how to do such tasks. Its better to try to keep yourself busy in all tasks. It will build confidence in you and to avoid boredom you'll be utilising time in an efficient way.
Identifying your main area of interest and working on that! Reading, writing, arts and crafts activities, etc whatever activity you love doing, spend your time doing that.
Talking to your closest cousin/best friend is refreshing! If you dont have any close friend here, meet new people. There are so many fb groups and communities. Join them and attend their meetups. You'll definitely find someone to be your potential friend.
Try having coffee or meal alone too. I know many people dont like doing it, but always remember this is the way you can know yourself by spending me time. Go out for a walk alone too. Explore the neighborhood or your city. Take a ride yourself and click photos and try enjoying like a tourist.
Always keep one thing in mind. You are the driver of your mood. Only you can make yourself happy or sad. Keeping your mind busy in a productive way which makes you happy is the key. Otherwise you know too 'khaali dimagh shaitaan ka ghar hota ha' (an empty brain is home of a devil).

Portable high frequency⚡️
I’m using the comb tube to stimulate scalp circulation to grow new healthy hair!!😬 High-frequency scalp treatment makes use of low-current and high-frequency to stimulate hair growth and treat dandruff, hair fall or alopecia. It is carried out by treating your hair with high-frequency infra and ultra-rays. It is at 250,000 Hz frequency that the hollow glass electrode, is made to come in contact with the hair that generates current. It’s pain free and legit works i promise!💕 #notsponsered
This first part to this video is up in my stories/highlight but this morning we did The Elf On The Shelf breakfast! It went down very well they loved it & the little treasure hunt to find the food! The magic of Christmas won’t last forever so I love doing things like this! Christmas really is such a unique time where anything is possible through the eyes of children ♥️🥰🎅

It's December and winters are still not here. Climate change is real. Delhi's AQI is 218 today. We are the millennials, and the change begins with us. Something as little as shifting to an Electric vehicle from fuel car can start the movement. @mgmotorin has unveiled India’s First Pure Electric Internet SUV – the MG ZS EV.
What did I love about this car?
- Runs 340 km fully charged
- 0 to 100 kmph in 8.5 seconds
- Maximum speed: 140 kmph
- PM 2.5 air filter can bring bad air quality level of up to 300 AQI down to regular levels in just 35 mins
- Superfast chargers can charge the vehicle up to 80 per cent in less than an hour
- Charging at home/ office or on the run with Bajaj Allianz
