Never let anyone or anything get in the way of YOUR POTENTIAL!
💫So what, you don’t have a million followers..
💫So what you don’t have a big paycheck... or a consistent paycheck...
💫So what you don’t have a photographer & videographer to follow you around...
💫So what you don’t have unlimited money to get the nicest clothes, all the supps or Brand new iPhone...
💫So what you can’t get your food shipped to you..
💫So what you can’t afford a ‘coach’
💫So what you can’t afford a gym..
You know what you do have- YOURSELF! YOUR EXPERIENCE! YOUR OWN STORY!
Make do with what you have while working for what you want. .
I knew what I was capable of..nothing has stopped me. In fact, I’ve used all of my obstacles as building blocks. .
When ppl ask what makes you different? Well I 💛 adversity I do my best against adversity. I 💛creating positive through ‘negative’ I 💛proving myself and others wrong .
I know I have a powerful story. I know if EVERYONE got a glimpse inside My life, my story, my experiences... I’d change their live! .
I’ve been through more than one could imagine and I’m using my life as inspiration, motivation and a SURVIVAL GUIDE For OTHERS! .
I don’t struggle with motivation. I’m not where I want to be, that motivates me enough. Plus, I live very disciplined.. motivation is irrelevant. .
The woman I coach, often come looking for motivation and eventually learn the art of discipline. .
This has all transpired because of one choice to BELIEVE IN MYSELF!
One choice to create a plan & execute! .
I know the only way to change the 🌏 is by changing myself 1st .. I lead by example in my community, our gym, my groups, my Mom gatherings& my home! .
Do not allow lack of ‘things’ to stop you.... SO YOU. FOR YOU. One day it will all pay off!! And you are helping along the way.. #momonamission#potential#workinprogress#1stphormathletesearch#1stphorm #bodybuilding#bethe1#changinglives#dowhatyoucan#blooming#momswholift#momswhoworkout#create#dedicated#coach#inspiration#motivation#beyourownkindofbeautiful#goaldigger#experiences#adversity#stayinmylane#yellow#bethelight#light#growth#growing#alignment#athlete#bodypositivity

About a year ago I started a list of ways I feel most loved. I put stars next to them in making an order of what was some top favorites. Really it's the little things, the daily sweet things, that mean the most. Simply dancing in the kitchen while making healthy meals, going on adventures and getting into nature, singing to seeds and being in the garden, creating music with others, crafting. Mmmm the peaceful feelings. What some of your faves?💛 .
I also created a healthy boudary list, it's a great way to set preventative care💛 I saw so much beautiful change as soon as I set more self love for myself. Finding our value is a beautiful blooming experience. .
Snowdrops & Snowflakes ... did you know that although they may look very similar, and they both belong to the Amaryllis family, that they actually have different botanical names?
The common Snowdrop, pictured and picked from our garden, is botanically known as Galanthus nivalis. Whereas the Snowflake, which I spotted this morning at New Covent Garden Flower Market, is botanically known as Leucojum aestivum.
Whilst I was at @marketflowers, I took a few videos using my new iPhone 11 Pro Max. And oh...my...goodness! The three lenses are incredible. I’ll share the results in my Stories later. | #snowdrops#galanthus
Blooming phase is an important part to saturating the coffee grounds and help to release CO2.
Based on my personal experience blooming is also affecting the taste of the end result. The time that I’ve been using for blooming is around 45s - 1m with 1:3 ratio for every coffee that I made. Resulting a nice and sweeter cup (imo). Every coffee with different roasting profile will need different treatment/parameters. That experience was using a light roasting profile coffee. Seeking the same parameters for every coffee will not giving you the full potential quality of the coffee.
It’s not even March yet and spring is already on my mind! Can’t wait for the flowers to bloom (even though I am NOT looking forward to the itching and sniffling). What are some things you like doing in spring?
