Former neighbours from Berlin, who are filmmakers from Switzerland, sent me a link to https://www.artfilm.ch.
As long as the cinemas are closed due to the shutdown measures because of Covid-19, you can stream their films at the Artfilm.ch program free of charge.
Around 100 film producers have put their films online at Artfilm.ch. This is a wonderful initiative and a great alternative to mainstream movies on Netflix and Amazon Prime, which are often so different from European films.
People working in neither healthcare nor other deemed “systemrelevant” professions, will have some time for themselves as well as the need to cheer up and to feel with others, which cinema can provide so well.
Do you know of any similar initiatives or free streaming websites during the current corona crisis? Please type up your suggestions in the comments below.

The past week has been wild on the creative front and I'm glad that so many of you have joined #thequaranzine . It is heartening to see the response this has got and I hope that over the next few weeks more people participate. We'll be sending out a compiled newsletter of this week's art soon (the link to signup for that is in my bio). Each week, two different artists engaging with #thequaranzine will select what goes into it, to make sure we keep things diverse. Spread the word, keep creating. If you create, you're encouraging others to create too and in a time like this, there is no better way to keep yourself sane. .
I never took this project seriously till @the_raconteurs_revolution decided to do this as well. A big thanks to her for getting this ball rolling. .

What I wouldn’t give to walk on the moors again at the moment.
Until that time comes, I’m happy in the knowledge that my family are safe and well, and I continue to do positive things to reduce my Anxieties.
