As a coach, it’s our job to use a range of tools and skills to assist you in achieving the goal wish to achieve. However, at the end of the day, it’s your job to do the hard work.
Do you currently have a training program?
Are you following it?
Are you following it to a tee?
Have you completed every single training session that’s been written for you?
Are you doing this over the course of multiple training programs?
Do you employ a nutrition coach?
Do you have macros prescribed for you to hit?
Are you hitting those macros perfectly?
Or just weekdays?
Are you going over by more than 5 grams each?
Are you tracking absolutely everything you eat and drink?
Even the can of beer and couple squares of chocolate that don’t really count?
There are many different ways to achieve a result. If you’re not happy with where you are, you either need to do more, more often, to see the results you’re after, or drop your expectations if you’re not prepared to put in the work required. I’d suggest working on the first option.

Bali Keramas Shred Camp is an Intermediate to Advanced Surf Camp for 8 surfers only that will be hosted at the infamous @komunebali Resort on the East Coast of Bali from Monday 27th of April to Friday May 1st. Arrival will be Monday afternoon departure Friday morning.
My assistant coach @connalyons and I will be rotating between Land and water footage ensuring that each of your surf sessions is captured on film from both angles. Not only will you receive coaching throughout each and every session and video feedback every night but you get to keep all of your raw footage at the end of the trip to use, edit and analyze however you wish. How’s that 17 week bump third time around! 🙊 I got to take it for a swim yesterday at @icebergsclub in Bondi after having lunch at @icebergsdiningroomandbar. Two things I have wanted to do for years and even a bit of drizzling wasn’t going to stop me! We are having THE BEST time just the two of us. Lots my love and laughter. Ryan has had me in stitches the whole time. We are staying @wyndham_holidays Sydney Suites which is well located for everything we have wanted to do on this trip. It feels like we have been all over Sydney! I encourage you to take a trip, just because, with your partner, kids, a friend, your parents... it’s so refreshing and our country is so beautiful in every way. 🇦🇺 💓 #wyndhamholidays

MEET THE TEAM!
Melissa is the latest member of the Elite Spinal team!
Melissa completed her training in America, where she received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions.
While living in America, she gained experience in a variety of settings, including traumatic brain injury, neurological and vestibular conditions and musculoskeletal injuries.
She moved to Australia seven years ago and has since become certified in pilates.
She is currently finishing up a course with Pinc and Steel International to become a cancer rehabilitation therapist, with a focus on providing therapy services for patients recovering from any type of cancer treatment or surgery. She is so excited to launch this program within Elite Spinal Physiotherapy in early 2020!
In addition to physiotherapy, she keeps busy driving her three young children around to various activities, spending time at the beach and dreaming of skiing.
I can’t wait until Peyton’s this age just learning to walk and talk and getting her own little personality ✨

Such a simple concept to adopt but often overlooked. With so many daily stresses happening around us its easy to get hung up on the the things that don’t go right, but what even is “right?” There doesn’t have to be a right and wrong, just call it route A and route B.
Both are options and both can be just as good as each other as long as you let them. View option B as the better alternative and once you change your perception you’ll soon realise that it was the best path for you all along.
