So Buddy is 16 weeks this week and words he already knows are: 🌟Wee wee (does it on command!)
🌟Poo (sort of the same but if he needs one and I ask him he goes to the door)
🌟Toilet - goes to door if I ask him if he needs the toilet. 🌟Toy (as in go find a toy) usually stops him eating stuff I don’t want him to eat like the rug! 😂 he will go find a toy too, any toy.
🌟Ball/go find the ball - gets the first ball in reach
🌟Pudding (where’s pudding) it’s another toy 🤣)
🌟Chicken -Straight to fridge or sits, or looks on the floor/in my hands or follows me. Like if he’s eating the plants, come on buds let’s get some chicken! Off we go!
🌟Dinner 🌟Here (recall)
🌟Touch (Touches my hand wherever I have it)
🌟Water - do you want water? Goes and has a drink 😊
🌟Ah ah/yuk - basically my version of leave he just knows mum no likey - Working on leave it!
🌟Daisy (the cat)
🌟Cleo (the other cat!) We try not to say either of these in his prescience unless we are socialising them! I said oops a daisy the other day and he spent a couple of minutes looking for her! He loves them they just don’t love him....yet.
🌟Let’s go - after he’s sat for a while or a bit too interested in something it’s time to move on.
🌟Sleepy/time for sleep. Drops down and gives me gooey eyes and waits for his ear and neck rub 🤣🤪
🌟Bed (crate) runs in the other direction and pretends to sleep somewhere else so I don’t put him in it. 🙄😆
Buddy is getting soooo much better at calming himself down. I always leave a few chews on the floor and when he’s had enough of playing with me he will go to his chews. Not always! But sometimes. Little boy is growing up and learning.
James Dean (1931-1955) with his Border Collie, Tuck.
The actor only starred in three films during his career: Rebel Without a Cause, East of Eden and Giant.
He was the first actor to receive a posthumous Academy Award nomination, and remains the only actor to earn two posthumous nominations. His performance in East of Eden earned him the nomination for Best Actor in 1956, and the following year he received another in the same category for his role in Giant.
The actor was 24 years old when he died in a car accident in 1955. He was driving
down Route 466 in his Porsche 550 Spyder, nicknamed the “Little Bastard” and collided with another vehicle that had crossed the center line. Dean was issued a speeding ticket two hours before the fatal car crash.
His death occurred less than a month before the release of Rebel Without a Cause, which became his most iconic film. “Dream as if you will live forever; Live as if you will die today.” ― James Dean.
I kind of like the weekdays too tho ! Sometimes mommy is fre, then we go on walks in the woods, plays for a while or practice some obedience. And when mommy’s working I’m with the pack and playing all day long. So the weekdays are kind of great too 😍 -
