"Nothing between you and the stars. A totally unique safari experience. There are not many places in the world that you can sleep atop a 5-metre high wooden platform...Zoom up: This is definetely a GOOD NIGHT! Check your bed ⏩
Start packing! Open from 1st April to 31st October.
I can honestly say that this sighting was one of the most memorable ones in my life!
A huge herd of elephants crossed the road in front of us. That is the beauty of Botswana: no fences, wildlife everywhere!
But Botswana also struggles a lot having the highest density of elephants. Human-wildlife conflicts prompted the President of Botswana to auction out 70 permits for elephant kills. Even though I completly understand tze frustration of the inhabitants of Botswana, I truly hope they will find other solutions.
So that this picture can be retaken by many more people and Botswana can stay a safe haven for these gentle giants! #elephant#botswana#safari#wildlife#africa#africanelephant#tourismmatters#conservation#big5

How perfect is nature? I can’t stop thinking about it as I’m going through thousands of photos @isabellefur and I took in Botswana and Madagascar. 🦒🦒🦒🦒🦒
I’ve always marveled at giraffes... they are tall and lanky but so incredibly graceful and regal. And I love how they live in harmony with oxpeckers, these little birds you see riding on their necks, plucking ticks and parasites off them. Swipe for the incredible rainbow we spotted along with giraffes on one of the outings.
Photo @jasonedwardsng The quintessential concentration of a cat hunting. A Leopard emerges from the cool shadows into the early morning light watching game grazing on the edge of the forest. Smooth, controlled movements and patience are required to hunt fleet-footed ungulates that are far more difficult to bring down when the sun is up. Evolution has provided both sides of the food chain with attributes to assist in survival, however life is far more precarious for an apex predator than a grazing herd species. .

“The youth should understand one thing. It's not only about what you want to do but also how much time you put into what you want to accomplish. How much much time you invest in yourself, test, execute,... Having great ideas, projects, proposals,... Is not enough. What is very important a the end of the day is action and execution.
I will be returning to @mashatu_game_reserve, The Land of Giants, in the next few days on a photographic safari with @escapesafarico! We hope to experience sightings similar to this leopard in a ancient Mashatu tree!
