• Cake flour 8,8 oz/250 g
• Sugar 3,5 oz/100 g
• Lemon peel ½
• Baking powder 0,20 oz/6 g
• Vanillin 1 sachet
• Egg 1
• Butter 4,4 oz/125 g
Bake at 320 F/160° 15 min
Add the flour, sugar, baking powder and lemon peel. Mix well. Add the egg and the butter (softened). Mix well until you get an homogeneous mixture. Then wrap the dough in plastic wrap and put it in the fridge for 30 minutes. Then roll out the dough (average thickness 5 mm). Cover with baking paper the baking tray and cut out the shapes of the dough. Bake at 320 F/160 ° for 15 minutes. Once the biscuits are baked add the jam. Add the icing sugar. Enjoy!

I got the “pesto manifesto” with egg, provolone, Jersey tomato (which are better than a PA tomato) and pesto, along with a hot lavender latte (despite the fact that it was almost 90 degrees). My bf got lox and cream cheese on an everything bagel. Although I was a little disappointed by the lack of pesto, this sandwich was so delicious that I would still definitely order it again, and the croissant was by far one of the best I’ve ever had. My boyfriend was especially impressed that in spite of all the chaos, they still read his note and remembered to add red onion! We will be back ASAP to try some of their famous pastries!

🍽Ingredientes: 2 panes (natura own), canela al gusto, 2 claras o 1 huevo, 1 cdita de miel y 1 bolsita de berry nuts.
🥣Proceso: Con un vaso o rodillo extiendes los panes luego los cortas en rodajas medio grandesitas. Esas piezas las untas en el huevo o en las dos claras, luego le pones canela al gusto y lo pasas al sartén! Cuando esten listo le pones la miel y las berry nuts y listo! (Es opcional las berry nuts le puedes agregar fruta, yogurt, nuez o almendras!)
