Not drinking too much
Regular exercise at the gym, three days a week
Getting on better with your associate employee contemporaries
Eating well, no more microwave dinners and saturated fats
A patient, better driver
A safer car, baby smiling in back seat
Sleeping well, no bad dreams
Careful to all animals, never washing spiders down the plughole
Keep in contact with old friends, enjoy a drink now and then
Will frequently check credit at moral bank, hole in wall
Favours for favours, fond but not in love
Charity standing orders on sundays, ring-road supermarket
No killing moths or putting boiling water on the ants
Car wash, also on sundays
No longer afraid of the dark or midday shadows, nothing so…
What better way to explore the dramatic limestone landscapes of Guilin than by scooter.. the experience is one I'll never forget, such an area of natural beauty. The contrast of the the mountains and lakes gives a picturesque landscape one could only dream. So I had to take a minute and breathe it all in
I'm normally booking my summer trip around this time...Trying to fit in as much as humanly possible into the 6 weeks, knowing it will be the highlight of my year and a chance to explore new places 🧭🗺📍 .
Lockdown has made me so grateful for the travelling I have done in my life so far 🙏🏻. I've always been one to prioritise experiences over possessions and I don't think I'll ever change. If I was never allowed to travel again, well, I can't say I haven't seen my fair share of the world.🌍 .
This #UnfilteredNaturalBeauty is from Playa Ancon, Trinidad, Cuba 🇨🇺 where I spent the first 10 days of my adventure last summer. Ah, the perks of being a teacher 🤪 .
Can’t believe it’s June already!! May flew by, hit major milestones in my online travel business and with restrictions starting to lift, June is going to be HUGE‼️
Much like standing in this waist high wooden basket 1000s of feet in the air with no safety equipment in sight, Starting an online travel business was rather nerve wracking! I’ve faced some rather unexpected adversity but it’s been so worth it‼️
Also how good does it feel having Monday and the 1st of the month line up! .

A Little Bit About The 90s! ✌ My friends and I did a 90s pop themed murder mystery via Zoom at the weekend and it was so much fun. Hence the 90s appreciation post!
This year all us early 1990-ers turn 30, so maybe it's just the looming milestone making me nostalgic, but MAN ALIVE were the 90s an awesome decade! Ok, so maybe I'm taking it too far trying to bring back catchphrases like "man alive", but do you at least agree that growing up in the 90s was a lot of fun? What are your favourite memories from the 90s?
A decade full of awful brightly coloured or denim on denim fashion choices. Of ridiculously sugary sweets and drinks, the majority of which are probably banned by now. Of some of the most amazing movies of all time which we'd buy on VHS video tape and rewind to watch again and again. Of a whole host of pop songs by girl groups and boy bands which we'd listen to on Walkmans and make up dances to with our friends. Of running home from school or getting your mum to wake you up on a Saturday morning so you didn't miss your favourite TV shows.
The beautiful rainbow mountains. I was so lucky to go around here with a lovely woman who spoke English! Especially after not having speaking to anyone for a few days because I don't speak or understand Chinese fluently. 🇨🇳 Do you speak more than one language? If so, what languages do you speak?
I am currently learning Spanish so 🤞 I will become fluent
Coming from a competitive background performing in the art of battle this was my first fight in America hopefully there’s more to come! #BritAbroad#Boxing#Portland#USandA 🇺🇸

Part 5 of “the #britabroad : quarantine edition” sees our protagonist 2 months into lockdown. In this episode our hero is giving the neighbours 2 tickets to the gun show, despite not setting foot in a gym since 2012. He’s cut his own hair and now reckons he’s ready for his barbers qualification and has an A grade sunburn. More on this as it develops

Some corner of a foreign field that is for ever England.
Game 6: Boston Renegades v Philadelphia Phantomz. Touchdowns and stats all round. The game where my fellow international recruit from Finland, JJ @janna_jemina, scored her very first Boston touchdown and where the team set a franchise benchmark for team points scored in a game.
Here in Italy it’s ‘ponte’ (bank holiday) which means we have a 4 day weekend! 😍
I would have loved to spend these 4 days in another city, I was hoping to go back to Rome or finally go to Siena, or more importantly be with my family and best friends, but a chilled weekend at home and around Turin with my fidanzato will be lovely too.
How are you spending ponte? ☺️
I love Paris so much and I cannot wait to go back! I'd love to live in one of the little Parisian apartments, sitting by the balcony with a cup of tea ☕ and a croissant 🥐. Where is one place you would love to live?

Felt myself slipping a little bit this week. I struggle without plans for travel. It’s not for me and I’m definitely dreaming of exploring new places and I’ve been going through past pictures😋 I have travelled Europe A LOT, mainly because of work but I have been to some cool places that I never would have visited if it wasn’t for that. I’m not the type of person that likes to visit with a plan and a tour guide, I like to explore and find cool places off the trail (and cool tea shops) 🤣 Looking back, touring small cities to in Greece and Romania and Luxembourg were probably some of my favorites, and so many people don’t visit Romania because of preconceptions which is such a shame! I’m not sure travel will be the same for a while, but I’m still looking forward to getting to explore somewhere new, starting within the USA. Where do you miss visiting? #cluj#constanta#romania#athens#thessaloniki#greece#brussels#europe#previouslife#travel#explore#adventures#wheretonext#postcardsfromtheworld#travelling#doyoutravel#travelholic#britabroad#newyorkishome#usanext

Afternoon play date.🤸♂️ In London, we were spoilt for choice with baby music groups, baby yoga and messy play classes. We are still discovering what Cyprus offers in terms of under 2's entertainment. I have found a great baby music class at Tempo Dance School but since lockdown our exploring has been put on hold! I hope to discover lots more now that the measures have eased up. Any suggestions are much welcomed!
Living in Korea has provided me the most intense and concentrated waves of highs and lows I have ever experienced. Learning to live in a foreign country is hard, learning to live in a foreign country AND adapt to life with corona is even harder. I’m sure many of you have experienced that intensity of highs and lows. It’s hard to untangle the struggles of living abroad with the struggles of living with a pandemic. For now, all we can do is take each day at a time and be grateful for our health, and wish the same the our friends and family ❤️ stay safe everyone ❤️. #livinginkorea#onewaymyway#lifeabroad#britabroad#korea#incheon#homeawayfromhome
