I'm still working-out and love to do it.❣
Few years back I really didn't like it, but now. It really, REALLY has changed. Sometimes it's difficult because my body don't cooperate with my plans and thoughts.🏋🏼♀️💨 But that's okay, i do it on a lower tempo sometimes or to even skip a day. I even skip a week here and there and I didn't do the work-outs. And that's okay because you need to listen to your body. Except for cycling🚵♀️and walking(these are daily things that always comes back in my daily routine). It's just good for my body, the heart (my CHD) and also mentally. When I'm done I'm just soooo happy and proud😁😆
I do different things, I alternate.
in my next home and tea talk post (what's going up this week)I will talk more about work-outs and what my planning is because the sportschool are open again.😅🤣
With some bunny company it's always fun to do work-outs. So with a bun it looks like this.🏋🏼♀️🐰 When I do something she do something, when I sit down to get my breath, than she also sits down or lay😂😂🤣
Soof: Look mom I'm also doing sports.

Soof: wait you pet me, I will help you!!💨🐇
