At this time of year it's easy to get lost, from being caught up in the constant hustle & bustle leading up to Christmas, especially for you business owners. .
Just remember there's only a few weeks left, you've got this! 🙌
There's a clear couple of days / weeks off soon depending on your business for you to breathe, relax & have YOU time. 🙌😁🙌
👉 For now, make sure your team emulate the good service aspect of your business. This is a crucial component in your business, & can get forgetten when it's busy.
☑️ Remind your team it's going to be busy till Christmas, but together you'll get through it.
☑️ Remind your team to be patient with people, along with your business values, to ensure great customer service.

Want to know a key to success???
Having those hard conversations. Or starting those conversations that may "feel" hard for you. Or that may feel scary in your mind.
As a girl I would often get punished for speaking my mind. Sometimes for speaking my opinion. At times for writing my feelings in my personal diary. Or for crying alone in my room.
The high volume of programming that discouraged my expression of self led to thinking I couldn't speak up for myself many times when I felt threatened, harrassed, taken advantage of, betrayed, assaulted, etc.
I'm not saying this for sympathy however, as I know it's all part of a greater plan. The trauma and abuse endured is allowing me to help others who experienced the same or similar things. [I acknowledge everyone in my life was doing the best with the resources they had available and I do not hold resentment towards them. They didn't understand the impact they were having with the programming of my thoughts and behaviors]
Thankfully I eventually discovered tools and resources to help break that pattern and learn how to own my power, because my inability to speak was holding me back.
My training in NLP, TLT,Hypno and NLP Coaching has really helped me learn how to set my boundaries, speak up for myself, and tune into my body to discover when things felt out of alignment.
And this has trickled into other areas of life, helping me be a better coach and saleswoman, as I'm able to speak up and be honest with people that their current habits, behaviors and thoughts are sabotaging their ultimate success.
If you don't fully heal from your sh*%, how do you expect to help others with theirs?
If you feel you have a purpose on this planet- if you're a leader and know that your story is meant to be shared, and you have a big impact to make, it's your duty and obligation to breakthrough your triggers, trauma and mental limits so you can pull others up and fulfill what you're here to do.
It doesn't have to take years or decades.
It just takes action when someone is presenting you with a solution 😉 Photo by @allannarnold 🌌🔮🌌

SEO can be confusing for small business owners, but there are a few things about it that should come naturally.⠀
So, here are a few SEO tips, one business to another.⠀
Let’s start with empathy. When you’re creating SEO-optimised content, you want it to connect with your customers. And as a small business owner, you already understand the way your customers are feeling.⠀
Whether you’re a mechanic offering fast, hassle-free repairs or a dentist who understands the perils of dental phobia, you know how to connect with customers. So, use that in your content.⠀
But what about keywords? A lot of the time, they’ll be based on what your customers are thinking, feeling, or asking when it comes to your service. And you know all the big thoughts and main questions too.⠀
Like “Why are my brakes making a funny sound?” or “How much are dental implants?”⠀
There are other SEO insights you can take from your work. Want to build up backlinks? Talk to professional bodies in your industry to see how they can help. Is there one thing customers come to you for more than others? Put it front and centre in your homepage design.⠀
We hope these tips give you some idea of how you can use SEO as a small business. If you’d like some more advice now, feel free to visit our Thursday post on Design Thinking in digital marketing, where we not only discuss empathy but much more.⠀

'Success is a lousy teacher. It seduces smart people into thinking they can’t lose.' - Bill Gates⠀
Bill Gates, principal founder of Microsoft, entrepreneur and humanitarian consistently challenges the way we think about business. Gates is a huge advocate for learning from mistakes and a strong believer in constructive feedback. ⠀ ⠀
While we love celebrating our successes at Exalted Digital, we also love looking back, dissecting feedback and embracing changes to ensure we are always providing our clients with the best digital experiences possible. ⠀ ⠀
Who inspires you to embrace feedback and learn from your mistakes?⠀
Does this picture make my algorithm look good?🤔 In a world full of “algorithms” know the true importance of human connection. The best way to build engagement on your social media outlets is by (drumroll please🥁🥁) being SOCIAL * (and the crowd goes wild😁) #ExcuseTheGoofiness#ItsJustHowIRoll 🦥
