When we're growing our teams and building our businesses, it can be difficult to hand over responsibilities to other people. I think it's a battle every entrepreneur faces at some point… You get to a point where you can no longer handle everything in the business well, but it's challenging to even consider giving the reigns of any aspect of it to somebody else.⠀
I think it's why so many solopreneurs start by hiring family or friends to help with small things. It feels safer than bringing in a stranger, right? But it can actually end up backfiring if they miss the mark, and you end up with more stress on your plate than if you'd just done it on your own in the first place. And don't get me started on the awkwardness of having to fire a loved one…⠀
It's why I'm such a HUGE advocate of hiring slow. Putting effort and detail into a job posting. Visualizing your ideal contractor. Finding your business's weak spots that someone else could fill in better. Talking to and vetting multiple candidates. It's why I'm so obsessed with matching the right person with the right freelancer.⠀
If you've been uncertain about where to start in this often-scary and stressful hiring debacle, I'd love to be a resource for you! I help bloggers and digital entrepreneurs develop strong teams so they can get back to the work they love. Shoot me a DM or tap the link in my bio for more resources and to get in touch. Let me help you take the overwhelm out of hiring, and take back the joy in your work.⠀

Take the first step into living a life in the pursuit of freedom, happiness, and endless opportunities.
I’ll never forget a few years back when I was talking with @alisakeaton at a Rev on the Road.
I gave her a big hug (5’2” girls unite) and she proceeded to ask me, “How are you?”. “I’m good,” I said.
Then she said, “No really, how are you?” I’ve put that into practice ever since when I meet people. She welcomed the invitation to go deeper with me than a surface level “I’m good”. She created margin for my thoughts, hurts, feelings so she could speak life into them.
Let me pass this invitation off to you. Ask people how they really are. Welcome the invitation to go deeper.
That person could be so impacted by your 2 minutes of simply listening. #peoplearethepoint

📸&🖊 by @suvixd “Hello, my name is Samuel and I’m 30 years old. I have a lot of different experience form various jobs and also I had a business with my friend before. Now I have a business of my own and it has grown. It has succeeded well during this 3 years I have done it.
Caring Hands has taught me how to plan and maintain a successful business, so my business would not fail again.
Here I have met people and got new friends who I now call a family, because I do not have one of my own.
I have witnessed how the entrepeneurship courses have brought hope and faith to people. Now they can have a life they want to live and the course have helped them to support their own families.
In my opinion The Economic Livelihood Program has effected in reduction of poverty in our community and there is a change for better.
My goal with my business is to be successfull which will stabilize my life. I would also like to study. One day I would like to have a family of my own. I really want to be a father. I would also like to help people who are in need.”
Officially launched the expansion of my Young Debaters Program into Hempstead, Long Island by participating in this past Saturday’s Homecoming Parade. Excited for this new venture and the continued growth and expansion of my program. Can’t wait!! ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••

Creatives Creative entrepreneurship is the practice of setting up a business – or setting yourself up as self-employed - in one of the creative industries. The focus of the creative entrepreneur differs from that of the typical business entrepreneur or, indeed, the social entrepreneur in that s/he is concerned first and foremost with the creation and exploitation of creative or intellectual capital. Essentially, creative entrepreneurs are investors in talent – their own or other people’s.
Up close and personal. This is me, the woman building ALBEX LAW, P.C. . What drives me? Restlessness and growth both personal and professional. In many ways, I've been a lone wolf. For long periods of time I thought that there was something wrong with me. The truth is that I've always had a vision for who it is I want to be and become. For years I've heard all sorts of labels from people who couldn't and still can't accept my person - all that I am. My commitment to my business comes after going through the greatest tragedy that can befall any human being, any mother, that of losing a child. This period too was not and has not been met without resistance from people who saw me slowly rise from the ashes and daring to pick up all the broken pieces to shape my life. I' ve learned that some people would be satisfied if they saw you down, broken, unable to move forward. I'm not made for ashes not yet, not while I'm living. I'm a warrior and warriors are made for the arena. I'm building my life as I build my business - on my time and dime. I've learned to listen to those who are and know the arena, all else is noise, useless noise. Are you with me? If you're building a business or have build a business what's your #story ? I'd love to #learn from you.
Business is changing, You can now make money with Amazon FBA, you can start a Shopify store without having a warehouse and drop ship the product right to their front door
You can make money by posting videos on YouTube
You can make money creating a course, You can make money trading Forex or building a MLM company
You can even buy Yeezy’s when they drop and resell them when they are sold out for a profit and turn that into a miniature business
You can really make money doing just about ANYTHING
Ive been blessed to be able to surround myself with some of the most successful people in the world, I’ve had and still have Mentors, Friends & business partners in my life worth Hundreds of Millions and even Billions of dollars
Some of the most recognized names on the planet
You know what they all have in common?
No matter how they made their money, they always ended up back in Real Estate…
What do you guys think the next trend in real estate will be? 🤔 I had a conversation about this with another agent and she said all black kitchens are coming into style.. thoughts?? Also, I always wonder how we revolved from burgundy carpet to all white everything. Neutral has always been my thing so I’m wondering what generation will think it’s terrible 😂 #trending#realestatetrends
Are you ready? 🤔
I can tell you to make goals and fulfill your dreams of success—if you don’t apply the goals that you have said you want to accomplish, your life will not change.
You can follow motivation everyday and never change where you are. IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE—you must TAKE ACTION and be DEDICATED to making the changes happen.
Start making changes, look at your failures and really learn from them—don’t just do the same thing over and over. Make changes in your daily routine every morning when you wake up— think outside the box and take the uncomfortable route that will move you to the next level.
Take the rest of 2019 and make a difference — MOTIVATION IS NOTHING WITHOUT DEDICATION AND CONTINUOUS HARD WORK!!! Don’t give up, push through the tough times!
