💲Two Cent Tuesday:💲 In the Denver area, 99% of the real estate contacts are electronic! 📖 Let’s all do our happy dance!! 🥂 Different parts of the state, and even down to agent preference, everyone has a favorite electronic contract. Mine is CTMe.
So, what is CTMe anyways? 🤔 CTMe is a system that allows agents to set up real estate contracts which allow all parties to sign electronically. This means we don’t need to print out the contract and wet sign until we are at closing! 🤘 The best part of using electronic signatures is that everyone in the transaction can be intrigued, making it a smooth and easy process.🙏
Once you’re ready to submit an offer, the paperwork is “written” up to the specific property. 🏡 Once everything looks perfect, the agent sends the buyer a link that allows them to view and sign the document electronically. There are a few steps where you need to verify that you are signing as you say you're signing, but once you get the hang of it, it’s pretty dang easy. Once all signatures have been done, the offer gets sent via CTMe to the listing agent. Then, it’s hurry up and wait. 😉
The best part is that the agents gets instant notifications once documents have been submitted/signed. 😎This saved SO much time and paper, in what is a pretty document heavy process! All the parties in a transaction have time stamped contacts that truly allow everyone to be on the same page! ❤️
