So we’re living in some pretty strange and stressful times, but mother nature’s got your back. If you can be up early enough for sunrise, she’s been putting on some pretty epic displays for your viewing pleasure lately. My suggestion would be to set an intention for the morning to get up, go for a walk, a run, or better yet, do a meditation to this awesome display of beauty. They’re absolutely breathtaking atm.
And for those of you that are struggling mentally, these are definitely times where meditation can really help. My awesome friend @miss_pilatini is putting together some meditations and Gong Baths while stuck in ISO. You should jump over to her page and watch her insta stories for info. I can confirm that listening to her Gongs and bowls were as awesome as this sunrise from my balcony today!! If you need to exercise and you’re stuck in isolation, I’m doing FREE LIVE ONLINE CLASSES AS WELL. Anyone can join, you just need to send me your email and I’ll pop you on the mail out list for the link to my class. Next one is Saturday 10am Sydney time❤️Or if you can’t make a class, the recordings will be in my IGTV stories.
So in short, get up, get moving, meditate and don’t forget to have a cup of tea❤️
Have a Thabulous Thursday Peeps
Practicing yoga together (and with Luna as a demonstration for downward dog) is a huge up side for this period.
Usually due to a busy schedule, it's almost impossible for me to give Gal a yoga class.
It's unbelievable that I am teaching yoga regularly and Gal managed to participate only in tow of my classes, not to mention home practice which never happens!
Finally we did it! 🙌🏼❤️ #yoga#vinyasa#savasana#lunathedog#love#happiness#calmness#challenge#fitness#mindfulness
Ever meditate before? If not, join me tonight for free at 5:30pm PDT!
I want everyone to join.
All I ask is for an open mind for 45 mins.
All you need to do is go to the link in my bio, set up a zoom account (it’s free), and then find a place to sit or lay down when we start.
.............................................................
Today I chose this lilac look because this is a color full of positive connotations, and that is what we need in these times! Soon this will be over and we will be back on the streets enjoying our freedom and normal life! But I just hope that during these days we have learned the importance of these words because in one day everything in your life could change! Take care of yourself and #StayHome
~ When in pain start with a few seconds and keep on building on that. ~ It is very difficult in unknown and trying times but stay with it and fake it till you make until the habit becomes your reality. ~ Talk a walk or a warm hot bath. ~ Look at the sun and be grateful the fact that it rises and sets everyday. ~ Write a letter to someone in need of love.
We love hearing about your journeys, please continue sharing your stories with us, they inspire everything we do at Jai Style💫
Now more than ever we need a tool to bring ourselves back to the present moment, to reconnect with ourselves.
Pictured here, our cente(ring) is a simple grounding technique used to stop racing thoughts and calm anxiety. Simply spin the stones around the Sterling silver ring while concentrating on how they feel to your touch. “Peace goes into the making of a poem as flour goes into the making of bread.” – Pablo Neruda
I’ve always seemed to find the calmness and joy in bread making. To see each ingredient being combined together at the right time to bring forth something that folks love!
I think about how God even in the time of difficulty has birthed different gifts that show the Gift that you are and that no matter what you are loved. You are created with a purpose. So even in the time of quarantine discover what God has put in you even if you have never step in that direction. #breadmaking#peace#jesus#calmness#hope#discovery#goals
We are all faced with great opportunities, brilliantly disguised as impossible situations. And there's always a door. We have to see adversity and challenges from a greater level of consciousness, not the same consciousness that created it. That's how we evolve.
We have to rise to a different level of awareness and believe in possibility. When we do this, it awakens an innate capacity in us to be greater. Otherwise, we fall victim to our environment.

A Wy macie jakieś plany na wiosenne zmiany we wnętrzach? 😏
A teraz idę piec ciasteczka z czekoladą. Są dobre na wszystko.😊
Miłego popołudnia i wieczoru!
Let me share with you a story I love. Two monks walk down to the river and they find a woman standing there who cannot cross. She asks the first monk, "Please, can you help me cross the river?" He looks at her and says, "I am so sorry I can't help you it's against the vows I have made. Once again, so sorry." She dejectedly looks at the second monk and asks, "Please sir, can you help me cross?" He looks at her and says, "Sure jump on my back!"⠀
The first monks jaw drop and almost hits the floor. He can't believe what just happened. Together, they all cross the river, the woman kindly thanks the monk for helping her cross and walks happily away. As you could imagine, the first monk who said no was losing his mind. How could you possibly do that? It's against all your vows! What were you thinking? This is terrible.⠀
The second monk is just smiling and listening. Finally, the first monk says, "What are you smiling about?! This is no laughing matter. You've made a huge mistake." The monk looks back and him and says, "I left the woman by the river. You're the only one holding onto her now."⠀
The past is done. It is gone. Both the good and the bad. Let it go. Leave it by the river. All you have is what's in front of you right now. Be present my friends.
