After two years of house-hunting on their own, my clients finally bought their first home exactly one month after engaging our buyers agent service! We were one of only two buyers with off-market access to the North Newtown terrace, and were able to negotiate a fair price factoring in the marketing money saved and a quicker settlement for the vendor. Only downside, no obligatory Sold sign photo. Luckily, there's still champagne 🍾 #offmarket

Introducing Rhythmic House:
For a family of three, the brief required a new first floor to accommodate two new bedrooms, a bathroom and a study. The form of the asymmetric addition is a rhythmic expression of its functional requirements, and the design was carefully considered to maintain amenity to the surrounding buildings whilst maximising natural light and privacy within.
