Killed it training with bros @thabigdog32@boosted_fk last night doing squats! 💪 Hit 4 PR sets once I was amped up. 😁 Did 2x10 135, 1x5 185, 1x5 225, 1x2 275, 1x2 315, 345 single, 1x2 365 PR, 1x2 385 PR, 1x10 325 PR, and 1x25 225 constant tension reps PR (last 5 were just normal reps though)! 🤘 Awesome session with these guys and my bro @thabigdog32 hit a huge PR with 365! He is climbing back up the ladder! Also my bro @boosted_fk hit big weight 1x3 315 and 1x11 225 ATG reps PR. ✊ We're all making those GAINS! 🙏

Well everyone I hit another milestone in my fitness/strength journey!! 💪 Finally hit a huge PR with a 365 pound paused bench press. It has taken me a solid 11 years to go from a 95 pound bench press to 365 pound bench press. I'm super stoked and this was truly an incredible accomplishment for me. 405 is getting that much closer and hopefully I will crack that number in the next year or two. 😁 This bench press session was 2x10 135, 1x10 185, 1x5 225, 1x2 275, 1x2 315, 345 single, 365 single PR, 1x5 315 PR, 1x10 275 PR, 1x23 225 PR. 🤘 Every set was paused except for 1x5 225 and 1x23 225! ✊ BW is 215 currently. Having fun and enjoying this journey completely! ☺ Glad I got to hit this milestone with my bro @boosted_fk .🙏

Jumping around, running around, hurting ourself, falling over, cutting and bruising ourselves up, we cried but we got back up to play and run around again.
The outsider world for a child is a playground and a learning tool which also helps the child to communicate and express. As a parent you'll see what strengths your child has and you'll also see what needs working on in their development. *Without this physical and mental activity in our children's lives, conditions like ADHD, OCD, Anxiety, stress and nervousness will only increase because their is nothing to disperse the negative energy (mentally/emotionally/physically) and later in life may cause further health issues.
There was a time I didn't even know what a burpee was, then I could just about manage a half burpee, now I'm trying all kinds of variations 💪Alham'Du'lillah. Persistence with passion that increases your health, wellness, well-being and goal focus which uplifts you day by day is key. There will be occasions where you do not visually see progress, but you'll feel so much better, stronger, wiser, so embrace that, because one day it'll hit you of "Wow, OMG! Is that me? ! Gains! Progress!" So remember and focus on that journey, document your growth to help you reflect and remember your key moments of development. The end goal will always be the objective of course, but always remember the steps you have taken, because we all had to begin from somewhere. Even those you admire, who are achieving things that you want, also started from the beginning, from not knowing, from a bad place or from a place of needing change. So be wise, appreciate, learn, remain humble and push yourself to discover your hidden strengths mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually, be grateful for everything, say Alham'Du'lillah and you'll continue to prosper In-Shaa-Allah ♥️

This week, we took a @soulcycle class with @sjadenyc & she spoke about the importance of having patience & compassion for others because we never know what they could be going through (SJ ALWAYS coming through with words of wisdom)… This was a great reminder. Whether your instructor is late for class, the person at the cash register is moving slowly, your uber driver messed up the route or your friend is giving you attitude - it’s so important to take a pause and remember that we have no idea what’s on their plate. And maybe a little kindness could make all the difference. Something to keep at the forefront of our minds!
