My boyfriend prepared this so I'm not too sure on the macros but only keto friendly ingredients were used so I have faith that this fits within my limits for the day. Didn't eat very much today and everything has been super low carb so I'm not too worried!

Carnitas originated in the 🇲🇽Mexican 🇲🇽 state of Michoacán and is traditionally made from braised or simmered pork shoulder. We chose to smoke ours instead, and the applewood flavoring is perfectly complemented with cumin, garlic, Mexican oregano, and a splash of citrus. 😋 Wrapped in white corn tortillas, we finished our tacos with fresh cilantro, cut fresh corn, and a splash of lime for one the best Taco Tuesdays we've had the privilege of celebrating! 🎉 #MEATER#MEATERmade
