Das ist natürlich ein Witz, weil ich habe noch ca. 4927153 weitere ungelesene Bücher.
Aber das sind ein paar Herzensangelegenheiten,
eine feine Auswahl,
getroffen aus ganz unterschiedlichen Gründen.
Die Wahrheit ist: ich habe 2019 kein einziges Buch gelesen. Ich hatte die Muse nicht dafür, nicht die Geduld, es gelang mir einfach nicht, in die Geschichten zu finden.
Darum muss ganz viel nachgeholt werden und ich habe große Lust drauf!
Und JA, ich kaufen keine neuen mehr.

Team Bride is starting to come together. Tonight it was my turn to pop the question, I asked my Bestie to be my Maid of Honour, and thankfully, she said yes! Very excited to have her by my side through the next year, from the planning to the Big Day. I know she’s up for the challenge, and is the perfect person to reign me in when I need it. 💕👰🏼💍
I left work a few hours early on Friday to get in my first ride for our "Llanwrtyd Wells to Australia" challenge at work. Between us we're aiming to cover the distance to Australia (9545 miles) to raise money for WWF Australia and NSW Rural Fire Service.
This is going to be a difficult one for me with my shoulder injuries but I'm determined to contribute at least 500 miles by April 1st, even if I have to do it on the turbo trainer. 😊

Plus 16 kg. Tyle przybrałam na wadze w ciąży. Dokładnie 12 miesięcy bez ćwiczeń z powodu ciąży zagrozonej.
Psychicznie ciężko, fizycznie jeszcze ciężej. Każdy mięsień, na który wcześniej tyle pracowalam zwyczajnie zwiotczal 😪 .06.06.2020. Nasz wielki dzień, więc czas było wziąć się za siebie. W końcu mój przyszły mąż nie może się mnie wstydzić. W 6 tygodni solidnych ćwiczeń 3xw tygodniu dzięki @drzewieckasylwiaa w @west_site_fitness_club zaczynam wracać do formy, a to dopiero początek.
Lecimy dalej. Teraz opierunek przejął nade mną mój narzeczony, więc podwójnie ciężko 😁 dam radę, mimo zmęczenia, bo w końcu w domu zawsze czeka na mnie 6msc córka, która nie interesuje, że mama chodzi 5xw tygodniu na trening 👌

I already did one round of his 6 week, challenging AF program. Now I'm taking on his 4 week, prep series they made for those who felt like they weren't ready for the 6 week commitment.

On the other side of the adversity, fear or challenging decisions is reward, growth and a greater connection within. If you're facing adversity, change or opportunity, embrace it! Where there is no struggle, there is no strength.
Humans wanting to improve their current state of mind, physical capabilities and wanting more out of life in order to make the MOST out of life put themselves through discomfort often because they know it’ll take them to the growth zone. .
I train people to be better humans. Capable of anything. Ready for everything. Because for me, the quest to reach my own level greatness is never-ending, forever expanding and always evolving. For me, it’s about embracing my TRUE authentic self, finding personal fulfilment and joy from my life’s work and the experiences that come with it. Teaching people to exercise their right to try something new and change routines to gain inner confidence in their abilities, shift their perceived limitations and make things better, faster or smarter. Get into the habit of questioning the rules, of becoming curious about where you could try something different and where you could throw the windows open. There is always a new lesson to be learnt in order to become more resilient. You will be surprised at you are capable of. Don’t wait for approval. Take charge of your life and be comfortable with being different! Things can only get better. .
Know yourself. Own yourself. Be yourself. Forever changing, always growing, endlessly learning.
