🌈COLOUR SORTING | An activity where our Clovel children can learn through play is colour sorting dinosaurs. 🦖 Here the children sort the coloured dinosaurs into different colour patterns which teaches the children sequencing, simple addition and subtraction as well as colour recognition. 👏
Yesterday Evening @aragonhouse hosted @goodey10 Sportsman Dinner up in the Richardson Room and what a lovely evening it was. We shared a table with Andy himself and two ladies who were educated about rugby though out our dinner ! In the start off with the @rugbyworldcup this was such a fitting evening to get to know Andy a bit more and also understand how transitioning from a player to being retired can be difficult at times although people along the way help make that transition a bit more smoother. We’d like to thank both @aragonhouse for having us and the wonderful chef for our three course meal and delicious wine pairing. We’d also like to thank @goodey10 for taking the time out of his Saturday night away from his little girls to have a chin wag with us. A very lovely, humble and wonderful gentleman to have dinner with !

Me encantáis, amigos.
Gracias por confiar en mi de nuevo y por esa tarde tan estupenda tirando del carro por la Plaza de España y el Parque de María Luisa. Momentos y recuerdos para siempre.

I look back at my old self who vowed that she would never give her baby screen time and laugh in her face mwahahaha 😂
Grateful to @thebabyclubtv for giving me a window to get my work done!
It's raining, it's pouring and everything is "boring"! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The forecast isn't great for today so here are some ideas to try and keep everyone entertained.....⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1. Make your own slime. It’s easy, we promise. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2. Camp in the great indoors. Set up a tent or make your own by draping sheets over the couch. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3. Make marshmallow play dough. Safe enough to eat. (Because you know that it’s going to end up in someone’s mouth.)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
4. Create an indoor obstacle course. Here are a few ideas to get you started: Crawl underneath the dining room table, do ten jumping jacks, throw a sock into the laundry basket and then walk from the kitchen to the living room with a book on your head. (You get the picture.)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
5. Bake the world’s best chocolate chip cookies. Thin and crispy or soft and chewy—the choice is yours. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
6. Make a papier-mâché bowl. Fun, functional and it only requires a few easy steps.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
7. Have a movie marathon. Popcorn, blankets and snuggling required. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
8. Have an indoor treasure hunt. This one might take a little bit of planning, but once you’ve written down the clues, hidden them around the house and picked out a prize, then you’re practically guaranteed 30 minutes of “you” time.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
9. Ask your kids to put on a play. And don’t forget to film it.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
10. Play cards. Hey, Go Fish is a classic for a reason!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Today is Sunday, so let's do small Sunday school 😇. Right from the days of the Bible, families have always had help. There were always servants in the house to assist the family. In the household of our fathers Abraham, Isaac and Jacob we always heard of servants helping out in the house.
So let me ask a question.
When husband and wife both work and close from the office at 5 pm (you and I know that 6pm is the unspoken closing time), what happens to the child that closes school at 2:30pm? Some parents will leave the child for extra hours until they finish work or will ensure the child does lessons upon lessons to make up for the waiting period before they can pick up the child.
But your child needs rest, play, and food from that 2:30pm - 6pm. Let's break it down.
2:30 - 3pm = journey from the school to the house
3pm - 3:30pm = lunch
3:30 - 4:30 = siesta
5:30 - 6:00= play (because all work and no play makes Tobi a dull boy)
Afterwards the child can do some homework, study, and do lessons in your preferred order.
So who will help you ensure that the activities from 3pm - 6pm even 7pm is taken care of when the parents are at work. That's right, you got it, it's the P.A at home also known as the Nanny.
Did you also know that some nannies have teaching experiences and can also double as lesson teachers for your children?
Hiring a nanny in this generation goes beyond just hiring some uneducated girl from the village. It is wise to hire a professional, smart and responsible nanny. And if you say you already have one, then do yourself a favour and get her trained.
What we offer:
- Nanny/Maid for Recruitment
- Screening of domestic workers
- Child Care Training for Parents/Aunties and uncles
- Nanny Training

Here it is, a 5.5 hours Highscope workshop on active learning, plan do review, curriculum... 175 lives will impact 1500 children
Are you a stay at home parent or have you reduced your working hours (and therefore salary) to look after 👶? Obviously I wouldn’t expect to be paid for taking care of my own children🤣, but in this money obsessed society that we live in I think it’s important to know your financial contribution. Just because you don’t officially ‘earn’ money you do benefit the family, so DO NOT feel bad for not being able to put physical £$€ in the bank - you are doing PLENTY!!! -
I haven’t charged for the annual 74 days (!) of school holiday cover either ... or laundry 🤣... should I add that in too🧐? Or before school cover ... Just leaving this little reminder on the grid to demonstrate how much my ‘unpaid’ role is worth in cold hard cash. 💸
