18 years ago today: 6 August 2002, Fire Island. 🔥
The summer before my first pregnancy.💗 Before motherhood, before cheekbones, but with a whole lotta collagen. 😂
What we find in our older photo libraries . . . we find beautiful memories and that time has really flown! A reminder to live life slowly. ♥️
The gangs all here! 🛍 Seriously, there’s no doubt Paris is one of the fashion capitals of the world so I’ve made sure to pick up some essentials each time I go. My husband introduced me to @maisonkitsune, @apc_paris and @acnestudios, but if you’re looking for something less pricey, I highly recommend @americanvintage_officiel on the Rue du Temple in the Marais district!

My lack of lockdown exercise was felt climbing the 293 steps up this tower but as always it’s worth it for a view 👍

Wishing I could fast forward to the part where weekends are full of road trips adventures ✨⋒
Victoria is back in lockdown for the next 6 weeks with Melbourne on the most severe lockdown Australia has had (stage 4) and outside of Melbourne is on stage 3. Which means that mid September we should be back allowed out just in time for Spring. It looks like international travel is off the cards for a while so we will be spending the next year exploring more of Australia. I already have my mind already focussed on all the places we may go.
Save this post for Victoria Road Trip inspiration :
⋒ Wilsons Prometry
⋒ Mornington Penninsular
⋒ Pink Lake
⋒ Yarra Valley wineries
⋒ Great Ocean Road & Otways
⋒ Cactus county
⋒ Sunflower fields, Cherry Blossoms & Almond tree farms
What are some amazing roadtrips you guys have been on around the world that we need to add to the list?
Lisboa andou de lado em lado
Foi ver uma toirada, depois bailou, bebeu.
Lisboa ouviu cantar o fado
Three pros to sitting in a cafe to drink your coffee.. ☕⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Always on the run and grabbing coffee's to go as you rush around town, well why not switch it up and have your coffee in the coffee shop!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Here's three reasons why:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1. 𝒀𝒐𝒖 𝒄𝒂𝒏 𝒔𝒊𝒕 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒓𝒆𝒍𝒂𝒙 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒂𝒄𝒕𝒖𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒚 𝒆𝒏𝒋𝒐𝒚 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒄𝒐𝒇𝒇𝒆𝒆! Stop rushing, just sit and enjoy, you could even read a book or enjoy people watching out the window (this is one of my faves things to do)!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2. 𝒀𝒐𝒖 𝒄𝒂𝒏 𝒂𝒅𝒎𝒊𝒓𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒍𝒂𝒕𝒕𝒆 𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒌 𝒄𝒂𝒓𝒆𝒇𝒖𝒍𝒍𝒚 𝒄𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒅 𝒃𝒚 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒃𝒂𝒓𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒂! Latte art comes in all different types of complex designs, but I always enjoy taking a moment to appreciate it and to grab a quick pic for the gram of course 😂⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3. 𝒀𝒐𝒖 𝒄𝒂𝒏 𝒉𝒆𝒍𝒑 𝒔𝒂𝒗𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒆𝒏𝒗𝒊𝒓𝒐𝒏𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕! Yep, I'm talking about those pesky dispoable coffee cups, it's reported around 16 billion of them are used every year across the world, so cutting back on what you use can only help right!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Let me know which pro appeals to you most in the comments 👇⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

💥 Positive thinking is more than just a tagline. It changes the way we behave. And I firmly believe that when I am positive, it not only makes me better, but it also makes those around me better🥰🥰

One year ago, almost to the exact day! 🏔️ Where were you a year ago? 🤔
I gotta say, this summer looks a whole lot different! We had said that we'd make it to the Pacific Northwest at least once a summer and I'm missing it so badly! That crisp summer air paired with sunshine and mountains- such a dream! Hopefully we'll get to see you next year, Washington! And even though this year is drastically different, I'm grateful for every single day of it! 🤗
PS. This lake was NOT EASY to get to... To this day Harrison and I call it the hardest hike we've done! 🙈 It has a pretty big elevation gain and we definitely didn't bring enough water 🥵 Fortunately we made some friends down at the lake who shared some of theirs with us! Also we both jumped into the lake and it was the coldest water of my life!! 💦
