Video 🎥: 3 of 3 - We’ve made it to the final video! Now that you have some basic knowledge about taking an effective breath, here I show you 2️⃣ simple exercises that can help you create the movement and flexibility you need. They may seem simple, but when you add all the components of breathing horizontally these exercises will strengthen your breathing muscles. .
I suggest doing these exercises in front of a mirror first (you don’t have to, but it’s a good place to start since I’m not there to watch you 🙂). Make sure that you are breathing into your belly. Notice your neck and shoulder muscles, make sure they do not move up and down. Remain calm and use your breathe to really expand your inhale and narrow on your exhale. Try starting off with 10-15 reps a day until you feel comfortable to add more reps. .
You can do these exercises anywhere. They can be done on a chair, couch, floor, no excuses not to practice!
You always have your breath, so utilize it and practice a perfect breath. 😌. . .

Class is open-level. Just have a mat or comfortable floor. Props and small towel are welcome, but not required. Zoom has the option to turn off your video. Meeting will open 15 min before class so we can all say hello and get set up. Once class starts, I will mute everyone. Feel free to have your own music playing in the background.
