She has packed some serious muscle and lost so much fat we decided she was meant for a more competitive line up.
When clients say to me that they want to go ‘blonde’ I always ask them what type of blonde they want to achieve which is often followed by them saying ‘I don’t know..just blonde?’ 🤷🏼♀️Here are just a few of the many blondes that I have done which show that there is no such thing as ‘just blonde.’There are so many different levels, shades, tones, and techniques which all need to be considered when choosing the right blonde for you and your lifestyle.Blonde hair is definitely high maintenance but realistically not everyone can make it back to the salon every 4 weeks so I always recommend that my blonde clients use a purple shampoo and or conditioner at home to help maintain the colour in between their hair appointments.Purple shampoo helps to counteract any unwanted gold and or yellow tones that most blondes tend to throw after a few weeks.I do stock the purple shampoo and conditioner in the 250ml size for $14.50 each or if anyone would prefer to buy it in the bigger 1 litre bottles I can get them in stock too but you will just need to allow a week or so.

I’m not here to spin bullshit and promise you the world - I’m here to give you reality and honesty in order to establish trust and maintain integrity. I realise that may not appeal to everybody, but I’d rather stay true to myself and be honest with a client, rather than make promises that I can’t keep or are unrealistic or unobtainable.
Sometimes it’s the hardest thing to do, BUT designating rest, being a little more free to eat can be EXACTLY what your body needs.
If you are sore for 48hrs post workout and your body is recovery then these are good signs. If you are even MORE sore after this fact then you need to consider a few things.
1️⃣You went TOO hard during your session.
2️⃣Your Nutrition is NOT on par with your training needs, eat more.
3️⃣You have not been sleeping enough to allow for efficient recovery.
An upper body workout either preceded a lower body workout or vise versa. Allow each muscle group at least 3-4 days before repeating a workout.
👉🏻 If you are performing a full body routine. 3-4 days a week max.
👉🏻 Upper/Lower splits. 2 days on, 1 day off and repeat.
👉🏻 Body part specialisation.
Day 1: chest and back
Day 2: Quads and Hamstrings.
Day 3: Arms and shoulders.
Day 4: Rest.
Day 5: Chest and Back (Different Variation)
Day 6: Posterior Chain:
Day 7: Rest.
👆🏻 This is a body composition format to maximise your training and allow for adequate recovery.

Hey everyone how you all doing?
I'm here with another transformation story of my client. But let me tell you this lady is a Bank manager and have the ability to manage people at one point of time, mother of 4 year old daughter. Starting with her transformation this lady had to travel approx 4 hours a day for her job and managing people and herself is a bit tough task that's why she approached me and the results were overwhelming- she went from 93kgs to 70kgs in 4 months with minor PCOD and vitamin D3 deficiency. Periods is regular now💪💪💪💪 no WORKOUT ONLY DIET 🥙
