Wetlands. LOCHIEL Park also know as Green Village , Campbelltown SA
Improved water quality, flood control, wildlife and fisheries habitat, and recreational opportunities are just a few economic benefits that wetlands provide. Wetlands are an important, yet often overlooked, resource. Keeping them healthy is critical to maintain clean water and to support wildlife and fish populations

Who’s going on strike tomorrow for the climate? I am and encourage others who can to go on strike to. I also know that out of the 4,000 kids at my high school at least about half are going and even some teachers. Please if you can support and help this cause. #naturenow#climatechange#climatestrike
Climate Change strikes and protests are happening all over today, and although I can’t attend, I think it’s important to do our bit to reduce, reuse, recycle and save the planet! 🌏
Today I brought some more unpaper towels from @bugseybeehandmade to continue my #towardszerowaste journey. #climatechange#saveourplanet#modernmum 📷 cover of book of the same name by Louise Bradford
This Is Not Business As Usual.
Today marks the day that School Children all over the world go on strike to fight for their future. If we weren’t already on Annual Leave we’d be striking to join them in an attempt to get Global Leaders to listen to our plea for Climate Action.
Spending our days in the reefs of Indonesia and the beaches of Malaysia this has never been more evident. We’re witnessing fishing boats fish in fishless oceans, rainforests burning well out of control and communities who are already suffering the effects of Climate Change, these are just the people we need to help NOW.
Sapna is fascinating! She is hugely talented and creative & runs her own luxury home decor export house. Much of their products are exported to Europe and USA and you can find their glassware and homeware in stores like #potterybarn . She has recently opened domestic sales for her beautiful range of items.
But despite her hectic schedule, she finds time for her family’s well-being. She made it her priority to source clean food specially for her children! Here’s what @sapnasaran had to say- ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨
In today’s time, most of us trying to eat healthy- fruits, vegetables, daals, rice etc but do we really know if what we are eating is actually healthy?
Like most of us, I used to shop from the local vendors for my groceries, however, I became aware of rising health problems in our family. I knew health was a priority, specially for my children (I have two young ones) and my husband. I knew I had to make lifestyle changes and change my kitchen altogether.
I researched and after a lot of reading up, I became aware of the ill effects of processed foods, the hidden ingredients that they are loaded with, & things that are marketed as ‘healthy’! I understood that real health means nutritious whole foods - unpolished, unprocessed or minimally so, traditionally produced using bio waste, crop residues and other organic elements ensuring max nutrition to nourish our body as food must!
The Internet was flooded with multiple organic brands and it was very difficult for me to choose the right brand. Someone I know, introduced me to ADVAIT LIVING & FARMS. They grow their own wheat, oilseed, daals, rice and most vegetables. I bought a lot of products from them- Daal, Tulsi Rice, Black Rice, Desi Cow Ghee , Litchi Honey and the everyday masalas. We absolutely loved the flavours and food felt light on stomach also. People usually shy away from buying organic products as they are comparatively expensive, surprisingly ADVAIT FARMS was fairly priced and for those who are looking for reasonable pricing, ADVAIT is the pefect stop.
ADVAIT FARMS gets 10/10 from me and I highly recommend them to everyone who is looking for chemical & pesticide free food and a healthy life.

VOLUNTEER FOR YOUR WORLD ♻️
Volunteering can be daunting, and expensive if you don’t know where to look. But it doesn’t need to be this hard to do good.
Often local nature reserves or parks are looking for regular volunteers, which can give you practical conservation experience as well as helping to restore nature your local area. source: wwf
