شرایط تمدید اقامت توریستی ترکیه تغییر کرد
تمدید اقامت موقت توریستی ترکیه از 1 ژانویه 2020 برای اتباع خارجی به یک سال محدود شد.
بر اساس مصوبه جدید در مورد بند «e» ماده یک قانون «6458/31 اتباع خارجی و حفاظت بینالمللی» در باره اخذ و تمدید اقامت موقت توریستی در ترکیه، اتباع خارجی به جز شهروندان کشورهای عضو سازمان همکاری توسعه و اقتصادی، اتحادیه اروپا، فدراسیون روسیه و جمهوری خلق چین از یکم ژانویه سال 2020 اقامت موقت گردشگری را به مدت یک سال اخذ خواهند کرد.
مطابق این طرح جدید، متقاضیان تمدید اقامت موقت توریستی تنها می توانند حداقل پس از گذشت یک سال از پایان مهلت اقامت یک ساله توریستی خود دوباره به دریافت این اقامت مراجعه کنند.
به گفته مسئولین اداره مهاجرت ترکیه، مراجعتهایی که قبل از تاریخ یکم ژانویه 2020 انجام گرفته است، ولو تاریخ رجوع آن ها بعد از این تاریخ نیز موکول شده باشد، مورد ارزیابی قرار خواهد گرفت.
بر این اساس، اتباع خارجی از جمله شهروندان ایران می توانند پس از پایان مهلت اقامت موقت توریستی، طبق مقررات موجود بین کشور متبوع و ترکیه به کشور ورود و خروج کنند. اتباع خارجی در هر 180 روز سال مجموعا می توانند 90 روز در ترکیه اقامت داشته باشند.
در همین زمینه متقضیان در صورت پایان مهلت اقامت توریستیشان و حائز بودن شرایط لازم می توانند از موارد دیگری مانند تحصیل، مالکیت اموال غیرمنقول یا اجازه کار که در سایت «www.goc.gov.tr» نیز اعلام شده است، اقامت ترکیه را اخذ کند. .

I though I was going to market a unit in central square. I knew Central Square is owned and managed by Far East. In the back of my mind, I asked myself why do Far East need an agent. Nevertheless, I came in prepared like for all my leads and potential clients. I planned out the marketing strategies that I was going to execute and knew where to find the tenants' base way before I seal the deal. I explained all that to my potential client.
