You need to think about where you want your social media pages and your business to go. This will help you to be clear about the content you need to create and the audience you need to attract to your page ⚡

Others peoples victories are NOT your defeats!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Bare that in mind the next time you look at something your friend or colleague achieves that makes you feel jealous. That's your inner self telling you that you have so much more to give. Take this as feedback from the universe that you have so much more to achieve and you are defiantly capable of it. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Should you put your price on your website for people to see? It is a never-ending debate, and everyone seems to have a different opinion on this subject. Some people have the belief that putting a price on the website is a good thing, as it is beneficial for both the parties (the seller and the buyer). On the other hand, some people have the opinion that it is not the right approach as it may not get you excellent sales and customers. However, in my experience, the answer to this question is yes. You should always have some sort of price on your website.
Putting a price on your website has different advantages and disadvantages, but the pro’s tend to outweigh the cons. Head over to the blog to see the reasoning behind this.
Who has your trust? Joshua 1:5⠀
I always used to hate those trust falls they’d make you do in school. I never really understood why I should trust another easily distracted 7-year-old to catch me… 🧒🏻😅⠀
Granted, it was usually fine in the end, and even if you did fall, it wasn’t a long way to the ground at that age… phew! ⠀
However, how about when it feels like you’re being asked to take a huge leap… one that’s far beyond any you’ve taken before, and where the ground that seems so safe is a long way away? 😧⠀
After Moses’ death, this was the kind of leap God was asking Joshua to take – to finally lead God’s people to the promised land and trust that God would be with him as he crossed the Jordan River and led the people into battle. ⠀
God tells Joshua multiple times to ‘be strong and courageous’ – my guess is that He does this because Joshua, in fact, wasn’t feeling either strong, nor courageous. 😳⠀
Yet, God reminds him, and us that it’s not about our strength and courage...but of the one in whom we put our trust. ⠀
HE is able. ⠀
HE is strong. ⠀
He is worthy. ⠀
➕ So friend, is God calling you to take a leap of faith? Is he asking you to step out where you’ve never walked before? ⠀
💬 Remember then, it is in Him, not in yourself, He’s asking you to trust. It is in Him we find strength and courage.

Hey 👋🏻 I’m Bridie aka Born to Thread
Thought I’d drop in on the feed today as I see all you newbies that have followed me, thanks 🤩
I’ve been sewing professionally for about 15 years now but literally came sewing straight outta womb thanks to my mum and grandma teaching me skills.
Heres 3 facts
⚡️ Whilst starting BTT I also have a Bow tie biz called Dick Beau and I actually had one of my bow ties worn at the Golden Globes by the director of The Penuts Movie
⚡️ I became my nephews guardian when he was 13 after loosing my sis he’s now 20 and I’m so glad I said yes - something I don’t talk about much but people find it really interesting when I do - big up fellow guardians 💪🏼
⚡️ I’m spiritual AF like have been since I was young and yes I was one of those girls at a sleepover who used to try the light as a feather spell from The Craft 😂😂 tell me I wasn’t the only one?
Drop a hey below, I’d love to know a fun fact about yourself.
THROWBACK: Wandering downtown and planning our execution for the many ideas we had at that time.
These last couple of months have been a crazy roller coaster ride but @dennissanchez and I wouldn't have it any other way.
It made me realize that we've made so much progress by choosing to step out of our comfort zones and be willing to get comfortable in being uncomfortable. Because that's where your true growth and potential lies.
Reminder: You are capable of so much more than you ever believed.
Your goals, aspirations and dreams are waiting for you.
Have a blessed weekend! 🔥✨
As a photographer, I'm more & more tested on my technical ability especially when it comes to lighting that determines everything about the way you shoot. I've lately been learning more about artificial lighting, as you may know and those that work with me, my preference is always natural light but in some scenarios, using a combination of both natural and artificial is needed.
I am continuously learning more technically and will be investing more into my lighting gear for those detailed interior shots for workspace / studio shots on personal brand shoots and on location shoots for product & lifestyle.
I'm sure I'm not the only one developing my knowledge in my field, how have you been broadening your expertise? Drop a comment below 👇🏽

Did my first VO for this video 😬😂 Let me know what you think! We added a wood rack to our miter station, we can fit 24” cutoffs and smaller block pieces in the drawers below.
I don’t know who needs to hear this, but you ARE a peach 🍑 ! By this, I mean, you are doing so brilliant, so do be gentle with yourself if today looks different from yesterday 💓
I know so many of you are putting double shifts in, be it at work, home or both....and know that whilst an actual holiday 🏖 might not be on the horizon, mini-moments of self-care are....so be gentle with yourself and pop self-care on your agenda 🥰
Then let me know...Does it ripple out to help feel better the rest of the day? Give me a 💓if you agree xx

MYTH: "I don't have enough time." ⠀
This is something I used to say all the time about different things... either to make excuses, not do something, or procrastinate. ⠀
But in the past year or two, I've learned to rework that phrase and instead, say this:⠀
"This is not a priority for my time right now." ⠀
That doesn't mean never... it just means whatever that thing is, it's not a priority in the season of life I am in. ⠀
If I'm in a season where working 40 hours a week in my business is not a priority... that's okay. If I'm in a season where hanging out with all my friends every single week is just not feasible... that's okay!⠀
Ultimately, it also comes down to being willing to give a gentle no when asked to do things. Oof, that's hard, isn't it?! I know I struggle with this! I am a YES person and as much as I hate to admit it, I love to people please... to the point of giving away my time to other things than what's actually important in my life (like Michael or my relationship with Jesus or, y'know, my dog 🐶)⠀
I don't think there's really a perfect balance... if you have, come tell me about it 🤣 but what helps me to ease the overwhelm of feeling like I have SO many things on my plate is to look at what I have going on, and plan my time INTENTIONALLY with what I'm given. Recognize that I can't do everything, and where my limit is. Recognizing how much space to breathe I need in-between with nothing on my calendar. Recognizing when the next time that person asks me to do that thing, having the courage to give a graceful no so that I DO have time for the things that are important in that season.⠀
Have you thought about reworking the way you think about "not having enough time" before? It makes it feel way less like you're running a rat race, and way more like you're being intentional with the time you're given and being okay with that because you said "yes" to your best yeses, and "no" to your not-so-best yeses.

This is the date when I started blogging- 11 July 2018 , those who have been with me in my thin and thick times you have seen me grow and always looking forward to set new goals.
This has been my hobby and started to feel like my par time job now, no I can’t ever become a full time content creator nor I wish to as I’m a full time (9-6) job holder.
To the friends who always lifted me up criticizing my post and pushed me for being better.
Remember good compliments will make you feel better but sometimes you have to hear critics which will help you to to do better. Im a person who would always research and find ways to fo better.
Thanks for reading , tried to keep it as short as possible 🔥

Contracts & legal jargon don’t have to be as scary as walking on cliffs 😅 I’ve been finding so much creative fulfillment working with artists and small business owners these last few months. From LLCs and trademarks, to custom contracts for yoga studios and oil painters, I’ve combined my love for art, entrepreneurship, and professionalism, making legalese a whole lot less intimidating for my creative friends. 3 YEARS. 3 years ago, we made a commitment to be married for as long as we live. To love each other imperfectly. ⠀
There is no one I'd rather do it with. We got married when we were only 20 and 21 years old... just shy of 2 years into dating. But we KNEW without a doubt that God had brought us together and that He was calling us into marriage.⠀
It hasn't always been easy... it's actually been really HARD. That kinda happens when you put two imperfect people right up against each other and they have to work through everything in life. But it's also been one of the most rewarding things I've done, and one of the greatest gifts God has given me. ⠀
Happy 3 years of marriage, @michael.kase ❤️ I love you so much and can't wait to see what the years ahead of us will bring! #akaseoflove
How are you feeling today? Before you give the generic “I’m fine” answer, remember that you have the ability to CHOOSE. You can look at an otherwise bad situation liiiiike spilling coffee in your car (yup, I did that) as an opportunity for a much needed car detailing day 🤪 I could have told myself all kinds of terrible things about how stupid I was or clumsy, etc and that terrible energy could have very well spilled over into the rest of my day. But a little mindset shift and a good laugh is all it takes to lift our spirits and brighten our days. And to be honest, I don’t know about you but getting into a freshly cleaned car makes me incredibly happy!
The CHOICE is yours, my friend! We get to decide what we focus our attention on and where our energy is spent. Now more than ever it’s important to be mindful of our thought patterns. And you know what? Bad things might happen, negative self talk will try to creep in, you’ll have to deal with grumpy people here and there but we get to choose how we respond 👏🏾
So let me ask you again- how are you feeling today? What bad situation are you choosing to shift into a positive outcome?
