Lower Slaughter, one of our stops from our walk along a public footpath. I love the uniformity those stone walls add to the look of towns. I also love the mini gardens that grow atop those stone structures that seem to go on and on and on. *swipe left to see a detail of this mini wall garden that is so popular in the area. .
𝒯𝓊𝑒𝓈𝒹𝒶𝓎.. Here is The Front Door behind Home_at_Door4..🚪. Jeez it has suddenly turned cold outside, don't you think? I really like the feature door surround that was put in as a standard design, it finishes off the look of the house and I do love a bit of Cotswold Stone!
In the Spring I really need to redo my pots and maybe have a pair of bay trees either side of the door, they look a bit bare 🙈 #cotswoldstone #doorsurround#homeaccount #followmyhome#realinstahomes#homeinteriorpage#newbuildhome

Ahh Broadway. One of our absolute favourite villages in the Cotswolds. It’s the perfect place for a leisurely stroll (if you have a dog, expect to be stopped by at least 100 dog lovers 🐕 ) and a browse of the fabulous local shops.
Some of our favourites are @cotswoldtrading, especially with its beautiful Christmas displays at this time of year, and @rikkitikkibroadway, which is a gorgeous children’s toy shop. And The Cotswold Chocolate Company (for obvious reasons! 😋). What are your favourite Broadway spots?

Happy Friday everyone! For those in Bradford on Avon this weekend why not head to @thebridgetearooms? ☕️
The Bridge Tea Rooms, in a 16th-century former blacksmith’s cottage in Bradford on Avon, has twice been named the UK’s Top Tea Place by the UK Tea Guild.
The delicacies are all home-made, there is a wide selection of loose leaf teas and it is all served up to you in fine bone china by staff in Victorian costume to the sound of classical music. A cream tea is £9.35 per person, while a champagne afternoon tea will set you back £68 for two people. They even offer special children’s versions and a savoury option.
Head over to the Wiltshire location on our website for more brilliant things to and eating out while you're in the county✨
Chipping Campden is widely considered one of the prettiest towns in the Cotswolds, not least due to the fact
that almost every single building on the high street and on the square
is built in Cotswold stone.
Now, all the buildings are different shapes and sizes, but the common
denominator is the beautiful golden limestone and this is what makes Chipping Campden one of the most picturesque
and beautiful towns .
Once a year, our work seminar takes me away from my family for four days. I break the rule I have - never to be away from the kids for more than two days. I stress leading up to it - feeling both guilt and excitement. These events are one of a kind - in fabulous locations, with amazing opportunities and parties. As a partner in the firm, am kept busy. I want to be there. But I also want to be at my boys and never leave them. And now, I literally can’t breath with excitement at the thought of sticking my nose in my babies neck and smelling their scent. Come on taxi. Take me home 🏡 .
