Do you know the best part about bareboating?
Getting someone else to do the hard work😉
You don't need a licence to operate our catamarans, even the kids can experience the joy of cruising through the open waters as well!
If you are in Airlie Beach and see the @cruisewhitsundays company car, check out my photo of Maggie the Maori Wrasse on the bonnet 👏🏻😊 I want this car now 🙏🏻🤣 The photo was taken during #reefsleep at Hardy Reef.
BOAT TRIP! We did the most amazing day trip on a Catamaran round the beautiful Whitsunday Islands. As it's Stinger (Jellyfish) season and we went snorkelling on a beautiful reef, we had to wear these sexy Stinger suits 🤪
Pumped to have the opportunity to head out to the Great Barrier Reef to be some of the first people to stay in Cruise Whitsunday’s newly opened underwater reef suites. Had an amazing time with some really good people and didn’t swallow too much salt water snorkelling.
Not every day you wake up to a sea turtle outside your bedroom window.

Quite possibly the coolest place we have had the pleasure of flying a drone over 🏖 The natural beauty of Whitehaven beach is remarkable.

Island hopping on a Yamaha Waverunner, soon you can! Register your interest opens soon.
Anchors up! Sailing on the Whitsundays is probably one of the most amazing things you can do in north Queensland! Sun on your face, blue water splashing off the bow, gentle breeze rippling across your skin.. Can you feel it already? ⛵🌞

While 3 Smithies are back on NSW soil wrapping up distance schooling for the year and having family time, Adam is still in the Whitsundays doing life tough out on the reef 😅
When Adam got wind that there was a project going for the first ever motel pontoon on the great barrier reef, he wanted in. 5 weeks work in Cairns working on the pontoon while it was in the shed led to afew weeks work commissioning the pontoon once it had been towed down the coast to the Whitsundays and then moored next to the reef.
Although getting a 3hr catamaran to and from work with buffet meals and your swimmers packed can hardly feel like work, trip wise it's been a great 'work stop' that's allowed us to experience Cairns and Airlie Beach longer than we could have otherwise budgeted for, it's another great add to Adam's work portfolio, he's made alot of new friends and it's been a 'work' experience that he won't forget anytime soon! 🏊♂️🐟 This stop has really opened our eyes to the possible opportunities at our fingertips now that we aren't restricted to the one location!

Feeling fortunate to have spent time on the new Reefworld Pontoon this past week, shooting imagery for @journeybeyondgroup and @cruisewhitsundays . I'll always remember this morning when we had talent in the water and noticed Seaflight cruising on past the pontoon. A moment where I was praying everything was falling into place as far as lighting and focus is concerned 🙏 As of today, the pontoon is officially opened 🥳 Highly recommend checking it out if you are in the area.
Holding on for dear life.. literally! very tight!! 😬
This was one of the scariest and adventurous moment of my life.
I can’t swim.. not at all
I’m not that comfortable with water either..
I said yes to do this because
of peer pressure (my sisters and brother in law also did scuba diving) and the scuba dive was a guided one.
I’m grateful that I gave into peer pressure 😊
I had so many oh fuck moments!! I’m going to die ...especially when I felt I was drifting away from the scuba diving guide or when I was tired of breathing.. which was many times!
But the experience was surreal..
Swimming (technically getting escorted around the water) with different fishes, sea turtles and coral reef giant clams in the Great Barrier Reef was something that I had never imagined that I could ever do it.. ever!!!
Even though I was shit scared, I decided to do it twice!
Each time, it was 30 mins long. First time, one scuba diver guide held my hand one side and one my sisters hand the other side. Second time, I decided to go right before it was about to close. It felt both shortest and longest 30 mins 😬
If you are planning to visit the Great Barrier Reef, I highly recommend @cruisewhitsundays
The scuba divers and crew were friendly and prompt with any inquiries. Scuba divers guide were encouraging, comforting and made us feel safe. My sister almost backed out but the guide showed her the fishes which made her to stay.
Thank you so much to the awesome guides for this experience 🙏🏽
