SHOPPING 🛍 I think her favorite scent is pink, anything pink 🤣 @toryburch staff at @bfplny were SUPER kind to us, but in general now it’s pretty impossible for me to shop with Kaylen. I can’t let her out of my sight or she causes trouble. Can you shop with your kids? Please let me know your secret!
I am sure many of you have noticed that lately, I have been talking a lot about Gigi’s health issues. During the later half of 2019, she had been unwell, she had digestive and skin complications. We visited the vet at least 3 times in a span of a couple of months, racking up bills for treatment.
Gigi is getting older, she’s 5 this year and what happens if she falls really ill? Am I going to be able to afford surgical treatment? Dogs are prone to cancer just like us. Some breeds are more susceptible to certain illnesses and I’m sure we will do all that we can to give them the best treatment. However, pet health care in Singapore is expensive and I had a small taste of that from our experience.
I was only recently introduced to pet insurance and AON Happy Tails is one that I personally find, provides the best lifetime coverage for our furkids. It includes specific hereditary and congenital conditions such as hip dysplasia and covers surgical treatments as well.
I am getting Gigi covered by AON Happy Tails and it only costs as low as $24/month. Super affordable and worth to ensure that my baby gets the best treatment. It also gives me a piece of mind to know that I will be able to afford the treatment with the coverage.

Disney’s #LunarNewYear celebration kicks off today at Disney California Park! ✨🧧🎊
From now until February 9th experience all the magic honoring the Lunar New Year with fun, food, and entertainment for the whole family. I appreciate that Disney holds this celebration because it highlights traditions that I grew up with celebrating the LNY. I’m a whole mix of everything, but mainly Filipino & Chinese from my mom’s side. So celebrating Chinese New Year was something my family would come together to do. (More on my entire #AsianStory to come soon 😉). Being able to see part of my heritage being represented by @disney and @disneyland makes my heart full. Best of all? Being able to share the fun with my own son is something quite special. ❤️
We’re bummed we couldn’t make it for the opening weekend, but excited to see it all in person soon! Until then, here’s one of my favorite moments experiencing Disney’s #LNY celebration last year: when Mulan and Big Mushu met mini Mushu!
