A colour changing spectacle
The show begins at five
Best seats are all free
You can only look up
When it turns beautiful
Like the half sucked orange candy
That we held with sticky fingers
See, just like the sun
Orange candy turns raspberry
A blanket of haze awaiting
The source of all life
And then just a faint silver
Grey over pink
It’s still there
Just grey. 🌅
These are some of the cities that inspired the recipes in the cookbook. My sunny Santo Domingo, forever covered in Bougainvillea.
Toronto, the multicultural city I call my home.
Athens, it’s beaches and zest for life. Barcelona, a city that has a home in my heart forever.
Melbourne and it’s unparalleled food scene. Florence and the utterly simplicity of its food plus magical views,
San Francisco, where I had a croissant that I’ll never forget; and you bet I’m talking about Tartine.
And also the colourful markets of Mexico City
The cookbook comes out tomorrow and all the memories I’ve made in these cities, all the markets I’ve visited and all the food I’ve tried are here with me today.
I’m teary eyed and so very grateful ❤️ #dialaskitchencookbook
Monday mantra to start your week
If it is meant for me I will receive it. If it isn't I am prepared to receive something even better 🔮✨

🇬🇧▪︎"YOU CAN'T STOP THE WAVES, BUT YOU CAN LEARN TO SURF."⠀
You already got used to read longer captions from me because I simply can't just post a photo and say nothing.🙈 I have a lot to say. I am a writer or at least I would love to be a full time writer.🖋⠀
However, this time I will be shorter (just a bit)🙈⠀
Here I am sitting and watching the sea thinking about the world.🌍⠀
▪️Are we enough thoughtful about the things we do, actions we take?⠀
▪️Are we enough responsible travelers, friends, humans? ⠀
▪️Do we research enough, do we care enough? ⠀
▪️What are our goals with social media; just to show nice photos that we have "look at me, I am beautiful!" or something deeper behind it?⠀
▪️What is the message that we want to share?⠀
We live in a contradictory world and many actions we do are contradictory. ⠀
Yet, we can all work on ourselves to be better each day, to make this society and world a better place. We all coexist.⠀
Today I shared my opinion on swimming with dolphins and all the contradiction behind people in general who care for certain animals while from the other side have pork or chicken for dinner on their plate and many other examples. ⠀
Nothing personal, just a healthy objective observation.⠀
All animals are unique and all animals matter. All people are unique and every human matter. ⠀
Every action we do matters. ⠀

This is one part of the world which is totally untouched by me and would love to explore. If you're from one of these countries or have been to any, please do comment and share your recommendations here.
This little cutie is our mood on this Monday! He seems to be putting our Pegasus carry-on to great use during these times... 🤣

What are your plans for work/school this fall? For those at work right now, are you still working from home or in-person? Has COVID-19 significantly changed your work environment if you’re in-person? Obviously, things are different in every country and every country is at a different place right now in the reopening process.
I’m going into my sophomore year of high school and the schools in our area are very divided. Some, like mine, are starting virtual and others have 5 days in-person with no mask requirement so it’s really all over the place.
I’m starting a new theme because I’ve been sick recently so I haven’t been out getting new photos so I’m going to use some from my previous trips to Europe instead! Stay safe everyone ❤️
Me conta aqui, qual é o seu lugar preferido no Brasil?

Zebra canyon, Utah. The rocks have a stripped appearance running horizontal which makes it look like zebra stripes. And if you are claustrophobic, think twice before visiting this one. To get to this picturesque spot, you have to figure out a way to get past the first few slots which are way too narrow for any adult human to get through. I found that you have to literally Indian Jones, wall press walk your body above the slots. It’s not so fun with a massive camera bag you have to haul around either. #utah#utahphotographer#utahisrad#zebracanyon#slotcanyon#grandstaircaseescalante
