Murrumbidgee Council is seeking input from Darlington Point residents with a questionnaire on flooding.
You can complete the questionnaire:
1. Online 👉 https://darlingtonpoint.fprms.com.au/
2. Using the paper version that was mailed to all residents.
3. At the drop-in session on 28 November at either 8-9.30 am or 4-6 pm at Figtree Park, Stock Street, Darlington Point.
Terrific turnout for our Remembrance Day ceremonies in Coleambally, Darlington Point and Jerilderie.
The Darlington Point ceremony also included the unveiling of a plaque dedicated to the memory of men and women of the Australian Contingent who served with the British Commonwealth Occupation Force in Japan from 1945-1952.
Stopped for the night at the the riverside caravan point to visit the @altinawildlifepark_zoo near by. Happened to stay at the park the same night as the film crew from @whatsupdownunder so got to browse through their fancy caravans (may even see us in the footage for their Riverina convey.
Highly recommend the zoo, best zoo in Australia.
GET READY FOR SUMMER – OUR LOCAL POOLS ARE OPENING!

WHATS UP DOWNUNDER IS COMING TO TOWN!! Pop down to Darlington Point Riverside Caravan Park this Saturday evening from 6 pm for 'Happy hour' with the cast and crew from the popular Network 10 TV show.
Meet Macca, Robby, Fireman Ron and Prousty who are part of a convoy of caravans and RVs travelling through our region to raise money for Rural Aid.
There'll be live music, stalls, a sausage sizzle, entertainment and more.
Come early and have a walk around the park which is under new management.
Pretty hard to pick a highlight from yesterday... was great catching up with friends, being driven in a horse drawn cart (thank you Jack Clydesdale) around @altinawildlifepark_zoo and seeing many, many incredible animals (and their babies) coming over for a feed, but having a swarm of meerkats climb over us to eat mealworms in our laps is something I‘ll never forget!
It's great to see work progressing on our new footpaths across the Murrumbidgee Council area.
Work this week has concentrated on Bellbird and Sandpiper Streets in Coleambally.
When the Coleambally footpaths are completed, work will begin on 280 metres of new footpath on Jerilderie Street, Jerilderie.
Darlington Point will be next, with a new footpath along Barwidgee Boulevard. #darlingtonpoint #coleambally#jerilderie#murrumbidgee

Edify was happy to help raise awareness of Motor Neuron Disease (MND) at our Darlington Point. Looking sharp in our blue high vis MND shirts and celebrating a successful fundraising project. Thanks to everyone who helped out with this very worthwhile cause
Our drought subsidy program allows people to do something they otherwise could not do, along with the opportunity to learn a new skill, meet other rural comrades and have some respite from the drought – at least for a few hours.
Made possible through a Murrumbidgee Community Grant, we’re able to offer free places in our Wired Open Labs workshop series, as well as assistance with travel and accommodation costs to attend.
