Lush green landscapes of Swat is what urges people from different parts of the country to escape from their daily routine and visit this wonderful place to take a break from commotion and tumultuous city life!
ON MY WAY BACK FROM KASHMIR, I WROTE A LIST OF THINGS I SHOULD BE GRATEFUL🙏 FOR.
We went up till Arang Kel, in Neelum Valley Kashmir. Though it is not a very remote town and surprisingly it had more amenities of life compared to say, Kalash; the 24 hours I spent in the meadow without internet/phone made me reflect on everything I have back home in the city and is not available here (or in many remote towns in different corners of the world). Take a good pause on each of these, close your eyes and imagine how your day would be like without it:
1. Electricity & its connectivity to a button in the wall
2. Gas & its connectivity to the knob of our stove
3. Water & Plumbing system resulting in tap water
4. Roads, paved, smooth, concrete
5. Mode of transport; cars, bus, cycle, truck, rickshaw, boats, planes
6. Telecommunication; resulting in the facility to speak to anyone anywhere in the world
8. Choices of food; sweet, sour, grilled, boiled, fried, cut, chopped, frozen, fresh, imported, local
9. Healthcare facility; clinics, pharmacies, 24HRS signboard
10. Education facility; books, teachers, schools
I AM SO SO SO THANKFUL TO THE UNIVERSE FOR GIVING ME THE PRIVILEGE TO ENJOY ALL THESE WONDERS OF HUMAN, that have made life a convenient and sweet ride.
Just because we've never seen life without these, doesn't mean, that's a default for every human existing on this 🌎planet.

"Sheyrrr Ik Vaari Fair" and no we aren't thinking about the same thing here. For me Sheyr ek vaari fair is only @arcadiancafe Cafe ke logo wala mautbar shakal ka Sheyr jis ke expressions se lagta hai ke abhi poochega "khana theek se khaya aap ne?" I'm not much a fan of desserts, never have been. In the golden words of my Amma "Mitha khaya kar ay jairra zehr bharya hai andar o kath hoega" and then my Zoja e Aliya will always come up with an excuse to eat meetha like "Sunain aj Sunday hai meetha to banta hai or like sunain aap saans le re hain meetha to banta hai"
So Arcadian gaye aur meetha na khaya to gaye q is another excuse of her having meetha. For some reason Arcadian staff always mistake me for a reasonable person and recommend their desserts. Or is it the other way Idk they just want me to keep my mouth busy but any how meet "Lindt Chocolate Cheese Cake"
On a personal note never liked the word "Lindt" but a big fan of their sea salt chocolate. So about this cheese cake its a mood. Its a diva but not English wala its more punjabi wala. I like the balance not too sweet not too chewy and neither heavy on your round tiddi jo aap pics mein saans kheench ke andar karte ho. So if you ask me Mullah ke Lava per I will prefer this any day.
sometimes, you try to find the right words to express yourself. the way you feel. but you fail to. tears start rolling down your cheeks. you're there. sitting on the prayer mat. oblivious to the world. tears pouring out from your eyes the way rain does from dark clouds. despite all the chaos, you can feel the relief washing over you as you realize that Allah doesn't need words so as to understand you. you're thankful. thankful. that He understands. He knows. everything. that is in your heart. everything that is in your head. He knows that the clouds of ambiguity are making it harder for you to choose the right direction. He knows you feel lost. He knows what you're going through. and you know He knows and you know that that's enough. ✨

"Mixing tea, let's say lavender with something as simple as milk
Must sound silly and weird at first glance, as both come with their
own tastes and flavors which seem to not match at all.
Even the most unmatching couple can find bliss, harmony and
perfection in their very relationship, however.
Such as for the tea;
