Family day at the @sealifeweymouth was a big hit today - their annual pass sale is this week so we always go to renew in January. F never used to be that bothered with the fish but over time it has appealed to him more and he really enjoyed himself, that made it so much fun. It’s a great feeling seeing him so interested and happy in an activity. They are really relaxing so i think he enjoys the sensory aspect too, wish we could install an ‘F proof’ tank at home 😂 #sensory#sensoryinput#daysout#autismparent

You know it’s been a good weekend when you’ve enjoyed graffiti, played with glass, had tea with your awesome eldest, got a seat (with a plug) on a crowded train and come home to cuddles with Liquorice.
I think there's always going to be a divide when it comes to using child harnesses, reigns, restraints for when out in public.
Me personally. I don't trust a single sole out in the world when it comes to my child's safety. I even give myself anxiety about what may happen while I'm in charge of him.
I also can't always trust William to walk nicely, because well, hes 2 🙈 That doesn't mean for one second I'm treating him like a dog by clipping him to buggy. I'll hold his hand while he walks. It's just an extra piece of mind that should anyone try anything, or should William get distracted, I know. He can't go too far.
We're off to Whipsnade Zoo tomorrow. And it gives him a tiny bit of independence if he wants to walk to the glass or the fence to see an animal. But all the while. He's still secure because he can be cheeky. #childrenssafety#reigns#childrestraint#walkingharness#childsafetyharness#toddlermum#daysout#nevertoocareful
ꪑꪖ𝕜ⅈꪀᧁ ꪑꫀꪑꪮ𝕣ⅈꫀડ • happy Sunday you lovely lot! It’s been a while since I’ve been on here due to a number of reasons but normality is coming back to camp therefore my insta is no longer being effected! How are you all? I’m currently sat on this fine lazy Sunday writing down atleast one big thing for us all to do once a month.. which I think is easily obtainable if planned and worked around correctly 🙈 I like to fill my months with something to look forward too ! Does anyone else do that or are you more last minute.com when it’s comes to days out or holidays? 🙈 I love nothing more than a plan! 😂
