Workout Tips :
- Target multiple muscle group per day
- If your goal is Hypertrophy aka muscle gain, train to muscular failure(above 5 reps)/ close to failure but not lung fatigue( extremely high reps)
- Do major lifts first and then isolation or smaller lifts in a session
- Distribute a muscle group throughout the week for making every set and per muscle group session effective
- Rest enough to ensure the next set is equally effective( 1-5 mins is completey ok)
- Sandwich your workout between high protein meals(overall protein matters much more but this is a good idea)
