◾️WHY DO WE DO WHAT WE DO?◾️
The Emerald Jaaz fashion collection is one part of my business.
My decision to launch the fashion collection resulted mainly from a feeling of frustration.
I found it hard to find comfortable, durable and stylish pieces to go with my lifestyle.
I needed something that I could wear all day for work, then, with a quick update of accessories, wear the same garment to a dinner or a cocktail in the evening.
I wanted to easily pack these pieces in my carry-on luggage whilst travelling for work or on a holiday.
I wanted the clothes to be comfortable and versatile.
I wanted to know where they ‘came from’ along all lines of the production cycle and that they wouldn’t fall apart after a few washes.
So I decided to work with a talented Parisian designer to create them!

👀🖤Collaboration with @madebykihara Japan🎌✈️ Preview Collection is a contemporary version of Kihara's cult white and blue porcelain set, consisting of three pieces. 🤗👀We leave tomorrow for Japan and for the rest of this adventure with @madebykihara this residence will allow us to discover and directly experience the possibilities of porcelain design in Arita, the oldest porcelain factory in Japan. The program will give us the means and inspiration to revisit the previous collection and create new and original pieces.
From France to Japan, from artist to craftsman, from preview to criticism, the final result will be a highly collaborative creative process.
