After dinner hot chocolate! That can double as a delicious cold set dessert.
Coconut cream and ginger with raw cacao, really nails that after dinner sugar craving.
Its my favourite way to have hot chocolate.
Warm coconut cream with equal amount of water in a pot or use coconut milk(no added water)
Add a cinnamon quill, a few chunks raw ginger, raw turmeric and raw honey or maple ok so no measurements its all to your taste buds let it heat through and give it time to absorb the goodness and flavours then add raw cacao at the end otherwise it can go bitter gently whisk it in, strain it through a tea strainer into a cup and sip away!! *if you are wanting a super nutrient dense hot choc then add add an egg yolk and collagen powder or collagen peptides, i use a stick blender to blend these and I always make extra so it can go into the fridge and set as a pudding!!!
P.S get a good raw cacao its worth paying the extra for
FOR THE CARROT CAKE:
* 2 1/2 cups (350 gms) flour * 1 1/2 cups (300 gms) sugar
* 1/2 cup (100gms) brown sugar
* 5 eggs
* 1 1/2 cups (350 ml) vegetable oil * 1 tsp baking powder
* 1 tsb baking soda
* pinch of salt
* 1 tsb cinnamon
* 400 gms peeled carrots
FOR THE CREAM CHEESE :
* 150 gm softned unsalted butter
* 350 gm confectioners sugar
* 1 sachet vanilla powder
* pinch of salt
* 450gm cold cream cheese, ( i used prima cream cheese ) u can replace it with kiri around 28-30 cubes
* preheat oven to 180C.
* lightly grease 3 pans (20-25 cm) with oil then dust with flour
* Mix together all the dry ingredients * shred carrots using a grater.
* beat eggs then add the regular and brown sugars until combined.
* Now add the oil.
* Add the flour mixture and fold using a saptula by until incorporated then add the carrots.
* Divide the batter into 3 equal parts and put them in the pans.
* Bake for 20-30.
* Leave the cakes to cool completely before frosting
* THE FROSTING:
* In the bowl of with the paddle attachment beat the butter until creamy for 2 minutes.
* Add the confectioners sugar, salt and vanilla and beat.
* now add the cream cheese and mix until no cream cheese lumps remain.
Start adding the frosting on the first cake then add the other layer and press then the final layer and the sides
I prefer to refrigerate it through the night.

For 12,800원, you can get half of strawberry and half of green tea flavor from @tokyobingsu_official. I’m not really a fan of green tea, but once combined with strawberry, it gives an additional taste and kick to the flavor. I don’t know but for me, they just match well if eaten together. It’s like you eat something sweet and healthy all at once 😍 The ice is also fine and once you take a spoonful, it just melts in your mouth 🤤
For 4500원, the dango is not really my favorite, but it’s a good way to balance the sweetness of the bingsu. It’s similar to a rice cake, plain and a bit salted and has a hint of sweet flavor on top. It’s a little chewy and it is served warm so I wasn’t expecting it to be tough. I thought it’s going to melt in my mouth as well 😂

앞전 피드의 바닐라크림브륄레도넛과 낑겨서 고생 많았을 티라미스도넛.... 잠시나마 휴게소 통감자 체험을 시켜서 도넛에게 미안함을 표하는 바입니다....😭😂
티라미스도넛 안에는 커피크림이 위에는 마스카포네크림과 쌉싸름한 코코아파우더가 뿌려져있다
사실 처음 먹고서는 커피크림에서 에스프레소의 쌉싸름한 맛이 너무 잘 느껴져서 당황했다ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ(카페모카조차 안먹는 커피는 쳐다도 안보는 커린이입니다..참고해주세요👏)
하지만 모카크림과 모카빵은 즐겨먹는 모순덩어리 빵순이..커린이여서 그런지 몰라도 도넛의 커피크림 맛은 모카크림 맛을 뛰어넘는 커피 에스프레소의 진함이 느껴졌달까.. 커피 드시는 분들은 어떻게 느끼실지 제가 예상을 못하겠어요ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ
그리고 바닐라크림도넛보다 이게 더 달아서 당황😅 그치만 확실히 프랜차이즈 도넛보다는 덜 달아서 좋았다! 바닐라크림브륄레 도넛처럼 단 맛이 잘 느껴지지 않았다면..어쩌면 다 못 먹었을거 같은데 티라미스도넛은 은근 단맛이 잘 느껴져서 커피크림맛이 진해도 다 먹었다😁
근데 얘도 크림이 더 많았음 좋겠오.... 크림양이 쬐께이 아쉽구.. 먹다보면 크림양이 절대적으로 적다고 느껴지는건 아닌데 저 같은 경우는 이런 필링 도넛은 넘치는 크림을 느끼기위해 먹는거라서 크림이 상대적으로 부족하다고 느껴지네요😮
