Fascinating rehanging at MOMA within periods of time but without boundaries towards disciplines and regions. Beautiful and interesting approach of a worldwide linked creation. Very proud to discover my favourite Ensor La mort et les masques, 1888
in the first room with Redon, Seurat, Van Gogh among others. Beautiful pairings between Picasso Les demoiselles d’Avignon and Louise Bourgeois sculpture, Lehmbruck and Klimt, Léger and Chagall ......
Worth many renewed visits !!! #moma#newyork#jamesensor#dillerscofidiorenfro
Wow - the new MoMA has reopened to the public. After three years of renovations and some major changes by @Diller_Scofidio_Renfro, the expansion has added 47,000 square feet of additional gallery space. Addressing the iconic museum’s challenges with ever-increasing visitor numbers, the outcome will make a gallery experience more intuitive and relieve congestion, adding more space for visitors to stop and ponder the art. They anticipate a growth in annual attendance to rise from 1.5 million to 2.5 million people a year. We’ll be some of those. Looking forward to visiting next time we’re in New York. #relativerprojects#relativity

Calling the central support a “blade” overstates things a bit, but it’s a perfectly nice stair.
The indoor lighting of the pavilion Media Center in Zaryadye Park - the first large scale park to be built in Moscow in the last fifty years, a project by Diller Scofidio + Renfro - has been studied by QPRO lighting design studio to draw the visitors' attention to the complex ceiling of "hair" emphasizing the unique design with a "flowing light" effect. iGuzzini Reflex RGB and Tunable White have been used to create scenes that play with shades of light imitating the sky and the sunset, and take the visitor beyond the Arctic Circle in the "Northern lights" scene. #dillerscofidiorenfro#qpro#lightingdesign#installationart#lightartist#architecture#photography
Sometimes just walking quietly with someone and taking in the views is all it takes to transform a mood, a day, or a perspective. As well as walking The Tide you can unwind by meditating with our meditation portals. Photo of The Tide by @elosisinna

High Line, New York, 2019
📷 Rendering by Uniform #london#thetidelondon#dillerscofidiorenfro#architecture#landscape
The architects behind the New York Highline, Diller Scofidio + Renfro, have unveiled images of a new 3.1 mile linear park which will run across the Greenwich Peninsula in south east London. Called "The Tide" the park is meant to link all seven neighbourhoods that are planned across the peninsula. The first stretch of the new park, which connects the North Greenwich underground station with the riverside, is set to open to the public on 5 July 2019. It features elevated walkways and platforms that offer visitors and inhabitants better views of the surrounding neighbourhood and Thames.
15 Hudson Yards is the latest tower to officially open in the Hudson Yards development in New York. The 88-storey, 910 feet (277 metres) tall skyscraper is designed by the American practice DiIler Scofidio +Renfro, who also designed the Shed, an expanding cultural venue located at the base of the tower. The building contains over 200 private residences and includes an indoor pool, spa, cinema and other communal facilities.
Plans have been unveiled for a £288 million Centre for Music in the City of London, designed by American architects Diller Scofidio and Renfro. Containing a 2,000 seat concert hall, four storeys of commercial office space and a sprawling foyer that links the street with the pedestrian high-walks of the Barbican complex, the building is to be financed entirely by private donations.
