Halfway through my first workout I was so winded.
I pushed hard. Tried not to modify as much, tried not to stop before she said “done”. I may have cursed the tv
I may have thought I was going to pass out
I may have thought “I can’t finish this”
Then I changed that...I told myself to keep pushing and turns out I really enjoyed this workout! It may be my favorite of the entire program so far!
Then I did “stretch” day as well. She pulled out some tricky moves...my balance wasn’t the best...but man it felt good after a hard push in cardio!
Can’t wait to see what comes next!
