We need to get rolling on his training more. He's been a nightmare recently. He is in his teen stages, and he's making sure I know it.
He's bratty and stubborn, doesn't want to listen or pay attention, and somehow even his bladder control has gone out the window. He won't let it all out when he gets the chance, and just excite pees everywhere instead when I bring him back in. Back to square one, I guess.
He's a terror once again, but it's worse because he's not as small as he was before. Such a handful. He's lucky I love him to bits - I don't know who else would put up with all these crazy teen antics!
I'm covering all the photos and videos of today... what a day!!! I can't keep my eyes open for fatigue, but before bedtime I'll show you the best moments of this day, I promise!

Today I brought Sguatty back to do HOOPERS! Between one trajectory and another, I explained her the target well (I hope it is finally clear to her now) and then I showed everyone how good she became at the heel!!!
I begin to feel proud of her progress 😉

Today’s lab member is also a recent graduate, Rachel Retica! Rachel graduated this year from Williams College with a Biology and English double major. She has loved studying animals in the natural world and is now excited to start learning about canine development alongside humans. She lives with two cats and two turtles. Fun fact: if Rachel could ask dogs one question it would be “what do you think we’re doing when we leave the house all day?” Any ideas on what their answer would be? 🐶🚪🏠🚶♀️ #dogthoughts#dogcognition
Today we did a demo for the Northfield Community School with the police dogs I train with! I think about 500 people pet Fyn today and we did some obedience in front of the crowd. He was a rockstar🙌🏼
Getting accustomed to his new harness. The green one seemed to restrict him too much so we’re trying out something new. •
