Look. I’m not saying I want to be on your podcast.
But if you invite me on, I’d love to chat with you about writing, creativity, balancing the day job and creative work, and pretty much everything in between.
Also, if your podcast studio has better lighting than @thelostogle studio, that would be great. I don’t always #doitforthegram , but like, as a personal brand, I post a lot of the things I do on the gram.
Hey you guys. It's been so long since I posted here. The reality, consistency is HAAAARRRDDD. Coming back to social media exhausts the life out of me. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
But instead of sulking. I'm getting up and starting again. 😅
So hello again!!! 💕
I've been in dreamland last week a.k.a. Siargao Island. 🌴🌊🌤all day, everyday. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
There was a storm in Manila so our flight back got cancelled which meant 3 more days on the island. It sure was a blessing. How can you say no to that. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Some people say "Do you really leave your kids to have all the time to yourselves? Why can't they come with you?".
Inside my head, I say shhhhh!😫 They have us all year round, yelling mommy every second they get a chance. We deserve a week break from all the chaos. Hahaha Well, that's just inside my head, I just give them a smirk, then smile away really. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Every year we set this time to ourselves. Just me and @dadeewers.
We get the chance to bond again. As if we're dating. Not to mention a lot of arguing along. 😅 hahaha
I am going to miss you dearly. Everyone seems to be getting really excited for 2020 but I have LOVED your 12 months of life, deeply! You have filled me with so much joy and growth and courage to do epic, scary, things! Thank you for your signs that told me where to go next when I wasn’t sure. Thank you for the new people you brought into my life & for sending me and my most precious loved ones good health. Thank you for my beautiful safe home. My strong legs. My daring mind. And my unshakable marriage. Most of all, thank you for helping me learn how to love my life just as it is, while continuing to pursue my audacious dreams! 💛 jackie gibbons
In a room full of mushrooms, I’d still stare at you.

My dearest best friends adopted a brown bear with the help of @wwf for me and moreover they literally gave me the whole world? His name is Bamse, if you are curious. 🐻
Today I was a little bit hesitant about sharing my thoughts about this year; a little summary about me at 22 years.
This year hasn’t been about big accomplishments like I wanted it to be when I turned 22 years old last year.
But it was more about the people I attracted into my life and who brought me the most wonderful memories and experiences. And those who has stuck by my side till today, I thank you from the bottom of my heart. You are a true treasure.
And also those from online who I haven’t met yet personally, but I could feel your warm energy and vibration.
And it wasn’t about huge accomplishments, but I stayed consistent in what I was doing and I became so motivated that I felt I would crush things at 23.
I want to give a special shoutout to my mom @lilianamihaeladumitrescu, to @daniel_codrean and @hanim_m.s, who have been by my side during this year more than anyone and there hasn’t been a moment when I felt like I could doubt them.
23, bring it on! ✈️
Omg story of my life. When I saw this item on the Psychological Wellbeing scale I was like: STRONGLY AGREE. I always feel like the odd one out or rabble rouser... trouble maker, rebel, “problem child”... ya know? I like to work in spaces where I can push boundaries and that means I’m rarely on the same team as the general consensus (at least at the beginning!). I may have doubts or cry or stress but at the end of the day, I am not afraid to ruffle feathers which can be a huge asset as an entrepreneur. Although note - You can be firm and confident in your opinions but also open to learning, growing, and shifting 🕊 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Super grateful to have spent the past few days with @4pt0schools - a community that loves to push boundaries 💙⚡️
When I was a kid, Christmas was one of my favorite times of year. My mom was the oldest of 11 and I was only 8 years younger than the youngest of the 11...follow that?! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
One year my uncle gifted me a red cassette tape recorder. He used it to record me when I laughed. I wish I still had that recording! How often do we get to hear ourselves as kids, enjoying life?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Now, Christmas is still my favorite time of year because we made a decision to be around people that make us happy. Why is it so hard for us to say no to people in business and in life, that make us feel like we aren't good enough? Once I started saying no, I felt so much better about myself.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I think that is why I love teaching freelance graphic designers how to set up shop online. It is all about BOUNDARIES!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
For 2020, decide not to settle.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I already have a word for 2020 and it is blossom.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
What is your word for the new year?
[SPECIAL: $114 today only!] t-minus 12 days (including today!) until Christmas! still looking for a gift for you (or someone you love?!) everything is totally unique, created sustainably, and ready to be loved. everyday - from now until Christmas - a new jacket will be posted for anywhere between 20-35% off. watch the story and click the link in bio if you see the jacket that speaks to you! happy shopping and as always - 10% goes back to feeding the hungry. #ethicalfashion#vagabonddenim#12daysofchristmas
We met in late August through E-Harmony. I didn’t want to pay after my free trial ended on 8/31 and thank goodness you didn’t think I was creepy and gave me your email. Our mutual dislike of contracts was probably the first clue we were meant to be.
We moved in together in November
Decided to get married in December
Got married 10 days later
And it’s been super cool ever since
12 years later much to many peoples surprise you’re still my person and I would do that again and again and again.
You’re the quiet to my storm
The black and white to my color
You’re my safe place when the world is loud
And my laughs through many tears
Thank you for loving me into the person I always wanted to be but was too afraid to be. Thank you for always supporting me and the people I love and the things that are important to me.
I don’t know what I did to deserve you. In 12 years we made a super cute family, watched Amara grow up together, ate a lot of pepperoni pizzas, enjoyed enough craft beer we could start a brewery, laughed until we cried, cried until we laughed, and loved enough for a lifetime.
Thanks for being super cool. God only knows what I’d be without you.

Grateful for my clients
GREAT FULLNESS JOURNEY Day 14
My clients are usually super powerful ladies who live abroad, meaning coming from one country but living in another or have lived in multiple countries, speaking two languages or more, working in corporate or science.
And they all love traveling.
Not surprising, as when you read the above, this is basically ME. We attract alike.
After our work they usually walk away uplifted, with the sense of joy and excitement for life and even with a committed partner, when transformation comes really fast.
But one is true for all of them: They are all beautiful and courageous women that make this world a better place.
Thank you ladies for pursuing your dreams! Cheering you on! Now and always! You rock the world.
Sweet, smol, bb cousin CHEWSEE ( @chelsrwi ) — I’m not quite sure how you became the human you are but my God, the world better with you in it. You are one of the most caring, creative, talented, supportive, loving, dedicated, wonderful humans on all the planet. Anyone who spends any sort of time with you, knows this. You are unapologetically yourself, which only encourages those around you to do the same. You are relentless with what you want and have accomplished SO much, especially this past year — I can’t even begin to list it all because the list would have NO END IN SIGHT. I am so proud of you and inspired by you and so FREAKING lucky to call you family AND friend. Happy Birthday tiny!!💖🦄🦋🌟

Repost from @alyssanobriga >>> FYI: Pricing your services based on what a potential client thinks...isn’t a good pricing strategy.
Agree or disagree? (Just kidding, I don’t need anyone to agree with this. Facts are facts 😂)
Very exciting too be announcing that in the New Year I’ll be opening a home

The process of fitting nano ring hair extensions involves placing individual strands to small sections of hair, and securing them with a metal nano ring. is tiny and 90% smaller than a traditional micro ring, which is why it is often more suitable for those with finer hair.
December 14, 2019 is a day I have held on tightly to for the last 10 years. It was a day that a big dream of mine was supposed to come true…but it didn’t. .
I wrote it down countless times in my journal, placed it on vision boards, planned my life around it and daydreamed about it everyday
I built so much expectation around it that when I found out it wouldn’t come true, it nearly extinguished my joy
Although I woke up on this day without the freedom I had hoped for, I did in fact free myself today
I’m revealing my 2019 recap in one of my boldest soul shares with my Her Turn community that will hit inboxes on Monday (DM if you want to receive it)
This isn’t an end of the year or decade story
This is a story of the truth behind the dreams that aren’t meant to come true
This is a story of what happens when you choose to live fully alive
This is a story of what it means to walk your talk
But in the end, this story is all a reclamation ⚡️

GO AFTER WHAT YOU WANT, you’ll never have it... if you don’t someone else will! • •
IF YOU DONT ASK, the answer is always no... not because that’s actually the correct answer because you’d rather never know then be taught a lesson and grow! • •
IF YOU DONT STEP FORWARD, you’re I was in the same place... you’re one step away from greatness, adventure and leaving complacency in your past! • •

I had the pleasure of sitting down at Ellie’s table with Ellie and @bethanybayless where we chatted all about planning for the holidays. If you are interested in listening to the conversation, @themoneymillhouse podcast interview is linked in my bio.
Also, the sales of my holiday planner is nearing an end because Christmas is almost is here and I’m already thinking of how to revamp it for next year. So if you want to get it and at a great price- click the link in my bio to get 50% off with code “millhouse”
PS: The 2020 version will cost more and there are still things in the 2019 version that can be used now and even in 2020 🤔 but all sales will end in one week.

Being spontaneous has always been super hard for me. But being “fearlessly flexible”... I’m getting good at that. This year I completely relocated my family across states, which flipped our world on ends and we’re still feeling the ripples. While most of it’s fantastic, it’s a ton of change in less than a year. In two weeks I start a new full time job after having been a stay at home mom for three years! I’m honestly not sure how it’s gonna go. But I’m determined to be resilient and regain any balance needed as we all adjust to the new schedule. As @marieforleo would say... “Everything is Figureoutable!” I can be a mom, work full time doing a day job and continue to write music. It comes down to excellent time management and being...fearlessly flexible. To all you moms out there doing it all, I adore you!
Oh yeah, this pic is of me playing my first single I’m releasing in the New Year called CARRY ON. 🎶 I wasn’t planning on doing this open mic last month, just took my Dad to it for his birthday and to scout out the place, and they asked me if I played. I looked at Dad and he smiled. So I decided to call it a “rehearsal” for the official one I wanted to do next month. Anyway, it made his night and I’m so glad I did it. The best performances are those we do from the heart, unplanned and totally spontaneous.
Trust in the Lord with all your heart and do not lean on your own understanding. Proverb 3:5 ⠀
I don’t think I can put in words the way Ahavah is more than a show but was an experience ... this was 4th year as part of this show and their 14th year!! ⠀
Amazing things happen behind the scenes, on stage and in the audience.⠀
This year I’m was... sewing 🧵 helping and anything else I can do.... ⠀
But a couple years ago I saw a women at intermission of the show. I had an overwhelming need to speak to her. I LOVED her dress- this dress on her-- perfection! I just wanted to tell her- like overwhelming need to tell her. She walked past me and we were talking to someone so I couldn't pull away. ⠀
I found my seat just before the show started and I saw her. I was driven to speak to her. I walked over, tapped her shoulder and said “It is probably odd to hear this from a total stranger but you look stunning!! I just had to find you and tell her she looked amazing!! Totally perfect!”⠀
I found my seat again and the show began. ⠀
After the show she found me. She thanked me. She had some deeply personal things going on right now. And she feels so sad and such a mess- that hearing that compliment meant something to her. She didn't want to wear her pain on outside. I hugged her and we both cried. ⠀
You NEVER know what someone needs to hear. ❤️ It may seem insignificant to you. It could make someone's night. Or take them away from their pain for even a moment. You never know! ⠀
I was given this card this morning - and I cried... like a lot. It was something I needed to hear too. ⠀
This season is about so much more than getting. I'm so glad I re-learn that every single year.❤️⠀
May your holiday experience speak to you too!!

I speak to a lot of women who hate selling...
Because they feel pushy, awkward, icky
They feel they need to convince, justify, persuade and educate someone to understand why they need what they are selling 🤦♀️ If this is your reality, you’re doing it wrong 😍
The only reason selling would ever feel hard is if one of these three essentials are not in place
When they are, it feels EASY
Your prospective clients will THANK YOU for the opportunity to work with you
It quite literally CLICKs into place like MAGIC
One of my clients said the exact same thing when she debriefed a successful pitch (for a $50k contract)
She said “It didn’t even feel like selling! It was so easy- they pretty much sold it to themselves”
Finding clients and making sales is all about getting the right fundamentals in place
And if you’re struggling I want to help- join me for my free webinar “How to Find Paying Clients (Even when No-One Knows Your Name)
When someone asks me what I do for a living, it’s tempting to simply respond with I’m a business strategist or operations consultant. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
But I know deep down that doesn’t encompass the results I get for my clients! Really, I should say I’m a dream maker and time saver. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
What’s a more accurate description of what YOU do?

People will always judge the things you do... but people's opinions don’t pay your bills.
Live your life and don't stop yourself from doing something because you fear what people might think.
It’s took me a long to figure that shit out. On e you start focusing on yourself— things dramatically change. It’s time to do you. 🤟🏻 #saturdaythoughts

The fourth product in our December box was the delicious cocoa & orange energise supershots from @good4unutrition. .
Good4U is a family-run health food business based in Sligo on Ireland’s Wild Atlantic Way. Taking inspiration from the natural beauty of their surroundings, they use all-natural ingredients and tailor their products so that each one has unique functional benefits. They are passionate that healthy eating should be for everyone and are committed to making that happen!
For the last few months I have been keeping a few packets of these supershots in my handbag. They are so handy for snacking on the go between working, meetings, running errands and the school runs. I love that I have something tasty that both keeps me going and is actually good for me - win! The kids also love them and as most of the Good4U range are nut free I can include them in the kids lunchboxes which is so handy! I chose this product as the flavours are very Christmassy and it was the perfect addition to our December box and it’s orange theme 🍊🎄

Weight loss is a side effect of good health.

Your health is worth it!! Let's start 2020 with a deeply discounted welcome pack, a plan to help you heal and a team of amazing people to support you on your journey!
Don’t fall for this like I did!!! It took me YEARS to realize the truth!!! When I was in corporate on Wall Street, and ITCHING to get out and be my own boss, I thought that I might have to go back to school to gain the skills that I needed to make $$$ online.
For every job opportunity that I was looking at- work-from-home, remote jobs, etc - I thought that I was going to need TONS of experience in order to even be competitive, otherwise I needed to hit the books again so I could get that piece of paper.
If you’re thinking like I was girl, don’t feel bad- that’s what corporate taught us!! If you don’t have a degree that could kind of sort of make sense for the opportunity, then you need tons of working experience to make up for it.
What I didn’t know for YEARS- and what I’m about to blow your mind with- is that only goes for corporate.
When it comes to making money online, no resume required!! You just have to be confident that you’re going to be able to handle the work and do the tasks that you say that you can!! If you’re thinking ‘wait, what?’ I’m totally serious.
You know how to do SO MANY THINGS, the odds are you’ve forgotten that you even know how to do them because they’re so NORMAL.
You’ve been doing this stuff for YEARS probably, but because they’re just so normal to you- they don’t feel like they’re worth good money!! I’m living proof girl, I’ve been a full-time online service-based entrepreneur for over a year, and all I’ve done is pool the skills that I’d collected from previous jobs, doing college projects, and even a few volunteer opps that I was a part of, and channeled them into helping other people!!
And what a fun morning it was painting this vintage ornament today! Thanks to everyone who stopped by to watch me paint live on Instagram! I love our Wednesday morning group, it’s always fun hanging out with other artists. Now I need to ask Santa for a tube of quinacridone magenta for Christmas. Anyway, this original oil painting is 6”x8” on a raised panel. SOLD. #carveouttimeforart#createwithallofyourheart#vintageholiday
A WORD AND A HALF!
Stop waiting until you get “THERE” before making that move you’ve been dreaming of. Newsflash, “THERE” is a non-existent place. The bar keeps getting raised higher and higher until, BOOM, the next few years have passed by and then you start living a life of regret.
SHOW UP FOR YOU, the CONFIDENCE will come 👏🏾
P.S I can’t believe it’s Friday. Am I the only that still has this much energy TO DO? 😂
