Hmmm. Still nothing for me 🤨
Though I’ve been really good today!!!
I managed to move all my toys into the bathroom. It took ages and a lot of cocker planning and I missed my lunchtime treat!!! I told Mum not to disturb me because I had a big cocker project to complete but she wasn’t impressed with the outcome and when I tried to explain the reason the toys needed to be in the bathroom I’d completely forgotten 🧐
I had to put all the toys back in the hallway and that took even more cocker planning, and I missed my late afternoon snack 😳
So really. I think I’ve earned that last crisp!!🥺
Thinking of quitting smoking? It is never too late to stop smoking or vaping and it would be a great opportunity to kick the habit once and for all with a little help.
Did you know that research shows that if you can stop smoking for 28 days, you are five times more likely to stay smoke free for good? Hence Stoptober…but you don’t need to wait until then!
You don’t have to do it alone. I am here to help and with just one session you can say goodbye to nicotine for life and hello to a bright smoke free future.
Please do get in touch.

Once upon a Time.....
There were two Frenchies, Hugo and Tilly Twinkles.
Being Royal, they, like other Royals around the World, took long, extended holibobs, and this year they decided that living the high life over Christmas and the New Year, required them to have one of those longer holibobs... so the lazy divils took all of January and 27 days of February to relax and recuperate. I.E. fill their faces with exceptional, healthy, home cooked food, and demand (and obtain) toys and more toys.
Although in the photograph they look like road kill, I can 100% assure you dear reader, that they have simply passed out following a tummy full of Chimken and vegetroubles, followed by a humongous round of the Zoomies.
All that's missing is the sound of two deeply asleep, loud SNORES, which rattled the pictures off the walls. 😳
Its lovely to see you all... and I hope that you are all well. I have missed lots of your posts, I know, so if there is something you want to draw my attention to, please post a link in a comment, and I promise I'll visit the post. Failing that, update me in a comment below, and, as always, I'll reply.
Its great to be back. xxx😊

Thanks for all your well wishes. It's been so lovely to see the messages. They decided not to do the last few tests and think whatever is wrong with me hasnt had enough time to develop for them to be able to find what is wrong. So they sent me home. With no diagnosis. 11 pills and 5mls of liquid to take 3/4 times a day and told to go to my gp in a week.
I'm so glad to be home in my bed and with my baby but gutted we don't know what is wrong or causing the pain.
The nurses and HCA staff were incredible and so overworked. The doctor I saw I will be making a complaint about as his parting words to me were "I'm sorry we couldn't find a nasty disease for you. " Yes because other than an all inclusive holiday courtesy of the NHS what I really wanted was a good disease to battle. Damn...mission unaccomplished.
Wacky Wednesday - Dog Training Industry Insight
Dog training is entirely unregulated. You, yes you, could set up a website and Facebook page and start taking money to train the general public's dogs today. This makes it really hard to know which dog trainer is worth turning to.
Yes some trainers have qualifications, but these have their pros and cons and this post isn't the place to discuss them. My best advice is to ask yourself if you like how the trainer trains their own dog and if you struggle to find evidence of that. If the answer to do you like how they train their own dog is no, move on and find a different trainer. If the answer is yes, move on to ask if it's obvious what efforts that trainer is going to in order to stay up to date and provide their clients, both dog and human, with the best and most effective training experience.
Dogs on GF diet are more easily digested and therefore easier on the digestive tract
❤️🐯Why Go Grain Free? Here's one of our reasons why we think grainfree is better for your furry friend!
While dogs have evolved from wild animals to Internet celebrities, the canine digestive system is still pretty primitive. 🐯Dogs have little natural digestive support for breaking down and metabolising complex carbohydrates and cereal grains.
These difficult-to-digest fibres and grains remain undigested, with the body relying mainly on fermentation to break them down. Over a long period of time, this can damage the lining of the digestive system, resulting in bowel inflammation disorders, food sensitivities, food allergies, leaky gut and obesity.
🔥Our cooking methods of human grade freshly prepared food at low temperatures mean more than 90% is digested!
We all know how uncomfortable it can be to have an achy tummy and our four legged friends can’t let us know if they’re 🌱🐾just feeling ‘meh’!

"You don’t have to be carrying the heaviest burden for your struggle
to matter. It doesn’t matter if other people have it “worse”.
It doesn’t matter if they’ve lost more or hurt for longer.
It doesn’t matter if someone with your same struggle is more debilitated or has less resources.
If something is painful for you, then it’s painful for you.
And if it affects you, it’s important and it matters.
There’s no rule that only the person with the worst possible circumstances gets to vocalize their pain.
Your struggle isn’t “easier” or “more difficult”. It’s just different, because people are different. You have different strengths and limitations and access to resources. You have a different history
and lived experience. Your tolerance for hardship is allowed to
look different. Pain is pain. No matter what it looks like.
And no matter how your experience compares to anyone else’s,
your feelings are valid and your struggle is still real.
Even if your life holds a lot of beauty. Even if your cup is full
and your days are blessed. You’re allowed to be affected.
You’re allowed to hurt.
You’re allowed to feel broken and sad.
And you deserve a space to talk about it.
This month, I've decided to use quotes from someone I find extremely motivating - Denise Fenzi. Denise is a wonderful dog trainer and is such an inspiration when trying to either be a human, as well as how to handle the human side of dog training as well as her incredible dog training abilities.
Whenever I'm stuck trying to be a better human or to be the best version of myself I always try to be more Denise so hopefully the quotes I've selected will help you guys out as much as they help me!
The blog this week's quote was taken from can be found here: https://denisefenzi.com/2019/11/a-five-minute-read-to-raising-a-puppy-positively/
A couple of clips of our training exercises on the walk.
Half the group stationery, half doing heelwork weaving in and out the other dogs.
The second one we got every dog to do a sit or down stay (dependant on their current training level) it was so lovely to see the entire group all calm and in stays together. We had to have a giggle at little Connie who ran through the group at the end, however this was a great distraction for the others and they all did so well. 😄
Some of you know some of you don't know; so have a read & yes I do talk to animals!

I asked Mummy to take a cool picture because I want to be in a rock band. A cocker rock band 😎 They are doing auditions next week but you’ve got to be 1) cool 2) have four legs 3) play an instrument (I’ve got squeaky teddy to play) 4) be free to travel (may have to speak to Mum about that one, and 5) not pee on the carpet (no matter what it smells like). I think I’m ready to rock n’ cocker roll 🙌🏻 Oh, and please don’t tell my pawrents 🤐 #rocknroll 🤘🏻 #cockergirlsrock 🎸Woof! 🐾

So lucky to have this little wood on my doorstep, complete with cascading leaves, inquisitive squirrels, chirping birds ♥️ and Christmas puddings 😍😍😍 so suave! #christmaspudding
Hmmm.. there’s a new dog in the neighbourhood and all the girls want to sniff his butt 🤨 I’m keeping well away! Martha and Mollie, say he smells like heaven.. I think they’ve fallen for his big bottomed charms, well not me! He will have to ask Mummy for a formal invitation. My diary’s pretty full right now, lots of walks, cuddles and tummy tickles planned this week plus I’ve got dry paws and my pink bow is buried in the garden.
I just need to work out where 🧐
Woof! 🐾🎀 #idontsniffanybutt#wheresmybow

Mummy’s on the phone! Normally I don’t mind but I’m expecting a call from the butchers to confirm my order for 51 (not 50 or 52) very large dinosaur bones. We saw some the other day and Daddy said they were much better behaved than me 😳 I spoke about it with Hedgehog and he said he probably meant much better tasting than me. I need the bones quickly in case he realises how lovely I smell and wants a bite. 50 bones for me and 1 for Dad! No more cocker perfume for me, and I’m definitely not brushing my teeth for a week or two!!!! Woof! 🐾🐾
Come on, Mummy....
