Less than 12 hours sleep in past 4 days👎 Not sure if it’s stress from Dorian and slow work due to ROUGH 4 cast? Just praying both wind and insomnia stops ASAP and back to fishing!! 🙏😇. Anyway insomnia makes ya think. A little over 2.5 years ago I almost died. 👎(Ruptured appendix in Bahamas, septic shock, acute Diverticulitis, 106 fever 7 days👎.). Doc suggested big diet and lifestyle changes. We took the suggestions and ran w the ball! We embarked on a wellness journey that includes our entire Flock and family. Photos below represent some of the benefits of great diet and healthy lifestyle over last 850 days. Mental health check!!
Distraction keeps me calm, collective and cool. Recent events took alot out of me. Location, work, living and family drastically changed over night. Leading to an excessively violent breakdown requiring me to take 48 hr mental, emotional and physical health break. Self destruction & self harm is a asshole of a demon to be overly consumed by.

Okay, so remember what I said about staying hungry? Well yea, your Girl is hungry like ALL the time. (Yes. That is, in fact, a full length donut wall behind me. It was beautiful!) So here’s the skinny, errrr or not so skinny outlooks on my eating habits... • ☝🏽Cupcakes are life and are just not a thing that I will ever be able to give up. I tried. Super not worth it, ask my husband. Poor soul. • ✌🏽Sweets and cheat days/meals are not the enemy. I repeat! They. Are. Not. They. Enemy. They are actually our saving grace and what keep us sane most of the time! So thanks @gigiscupcakesknoxville You the real MVP. (Also, do you guys have a loyalty card...cuz uh, I’m in need of one ASAP!) • 👌🏽Water is like the most amazing substance on this planet. And other plants are probs super jelly that they don’t have it. So DRINK UP babes. I just realized the amazing wonders of water this year (which is pretty embarrassing considering my biochem/engineering background, but whatevs. It’s all about growth 😉) 🤟🏾Find the beauty in working out. You don’t have to run 10 miles a day (I literally cannot...not even once) or toss 679373 pounds of weight around. Just get moving at your pace and find the beauty in how perfectly God constructed our bodies to do some many different things! •
