I know that it is really hard sometimes to understand all the why's about the experiences we have.
Especially when we are smack dab in the middle of a life lesson.
Sometimes ( most times) it's not important for us to figure it all out. Not all at once anyway.
We can remind ourselves that EVERYTHING serves a purpose. Even if we can't see it.
So much shifting is happening right now for us all and for some part of this may be seeing lessons from your past coming back up for you.
I'm being told that this isn't to remind you about how much work you still have to do but in fact to applaud you for how far you've come.
A walk on the beach at sunset is always a good idea to wrap up a good hiking day. The low tide was so special, revealing rocks and beautiful sand patterns. I chose this spot for foreground material but also loved how the sun setting made this sea stack look like it was on🔥 Enjoy😎
Just been trying to find inspiration to pick up a camera lately. If anyone wants to just go adventuring and shoot, hit me up because I’m always available. Let’s have so fun!

Being alive means feeling a WHOLE SPECTRUM of emotions, sensations, and experiences. .
We cannot feel joy and bliss fully without feeling pain or sorrow. If we block one, we block them all. .
Many people see me living my life now as happy, content, grounded, peaceful. And it is true, I do live that way. .
I wasn’t born this way though. I didn’t always have a knack for living joyfully. I always wanted to, but often would ignore pain - bury it, seek out only the positive and try to turn away from the negative or uncomfortable. .
It was as if I tried to walk through life for a long time with noise cancelling headphones on - always trying to block out the noise. .
Then when I truly began my own personal growth journey, I began seeing what it was like to take those headphones off and ALLOW myself to listen to everything.
I began shifting from constantly trying to not feel pain - by taking pain relievers, doing things to make it go away, always trying to fix and resist it - to exploring what it was like to actually FEEL it. .
As soon as I did, things that I always tried to run from were given the opportunity to finally release.
The pain began to shift. At first it might’ve increased, since I was actually allowing myself to feel it. But then I realized that for every moment I allowed myself to feel, it would move and change and eventually lessen or go away completely. .
Ever since this has become a practice for me: tune inward when I feel discomfort, pain, fear. And by allowing those things to flow through me, I also allow myself to feel the wonderful experiences of life too - happiness, joy, groundedness, connection. .
✨I see now that for years when I tried to avoid pain, I alway inadvertently avoided all the blissful sensations and experiences as well. ✨
👉What would it be like to start slowly with this? Start by tuning inward when you are working out at the gym or stretching a muscle in a yoga class... ...Pick a sensation that you usually shy away from and instead challenge yourself to get curious about it, to FEEL it, to ALLOW it to be there. .

~By next year...~
🙁The one thing I wish I can have is to be able to live somewhere that I can practice gardening and be able to have me time and not have to schedule my life and working around taking care of someone else... cuz right now I have to care for my sick parents, do the house work and I'm gonna have to start cooking cuz morher is worsening in her condition.
😊It's nice to care for them and that they trust me and depend on me, special since I used to be labeled asthe lowlife son that had bad grades and didn't put effort.
But every once in a while I wish I could take a vacation from that for a while.
🤷🏽♂️You get what I'm saying?

Twirling, twisting tipping over and over at the Twin Creeks Ranger station in Fish Lake. 45 minutes of earth’s rotation. The dark band running through the middle of the sky is the Milky Way. The bright streaks above the left pine tree pinnacle is the Pleiades- 7 sisters. Polaris is the pivot point to the right. The scene is illuminated by natural light from stars or from nearby cabins and the lodge. .
Canon 1DXM2, 2713 seconds (45 minutes. Single exposure), ISO 200, 14mm, f/4. .
I've spotted a few flowers blossoming here and there the past few weeks... Do you know what that means?! It's basically spring!! Haha🙉
And that means that wildflowers will start to bloom
all over Oregon (I'm getting excited way to early, it'll be another two months or so😂🙈) soon!🌼🌾
