You can tell the unagi is great when it melts in your mouth. The unagi in this legendary 200 years old restaurant definitely is great. The meat just melted like tofu in your mouth. It is so tasty that I don’t think I can order unagi from other places from now on! Also all the other appetizers in this meal are amazing! 𝐊𝐚𝐥𝐞 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐚 𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐒𝐦𝐨𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐞
-1 cup nut milk (I prefer unsweetened vanilla almond milk - Almond Breeze brand is my personal fave!)
-1 cup cold water
-1/2 frozen banana (or non frozen - if not frozen, add extra ice!)
-1 handful of kale (or spinach)
-2 scoops chocolate protein powder (I love Orgain Organic brand! Can be found at most stores & of course, on Amazon)
-2-4 ice cubes
Stick all ingredients in a blender & blend until smooth!

Making everything from scratch is great and all, but it’s just not possible to do all the time. In my ED I was that person who wouldn’t eat something if I didn’t make it myself, because processed food was “unsafe”. Let me tell you (actually I’m really telling myself) that there is nothing wrong with using frozen foods to build a meal. Micromanaging everything takes away too much energy from things I’m more passionate about. Plus, our lives are busy and sometimes it’s just more convenient to use frozen foods. Tonight on my plate I’ve got the oven baked cod, with air fried cauliflower gnocchi, and some steamed green beans. I got both the cod and the cauliflower gnocchi from @traderjoes!
Also, you NEED to air fry your cauliflower gnocchi! It has the best texture this way! I seasoned it with olive oil spray, salt, pepper, and garlic powder and did mine for about 16 minutes at 400.
